This will be a satisfying read for readers of the paranormal/magic genre. This is book 1 in the Very Swift Witches saga series. Katie takes her two teen children and returns to her abandoned family farm. She releases three 17th century witches who add some romance and excitement into her life. They also save the town and possibly the world from a deadly virus. A little stretch of the imagination is needed but all in all it's a good story and I'll probably look for the next installment. For teens and older readers. I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Kate is single parent trying to raise her two sons after their father deserted than all. They live on a goat farm that she inherited from her deceased parents. Some days, it feels like she carries the whole world on her shoulders. When three witches from the seventh century show up on the farm, they bring magic, love and adventure with them. But how will she deal with them? How will they cope, waking up centuries later? Is this some kind of a dream. These are the Very Swift Witches. It's a fun, humorous story that just about anyone can read. When a crisis comes up , the Witches have to help. Soon the witches are Auntie to the family. It's a fun, funny read that I totally recommend. I received this book from Net Galley and BooksGoSocial for a honest review. The opinions expressed are my own.

Sorry this book was not for me at all. I struggled through chapters 1 and 2 and decided there are enough books out there that I want to read that it wasn't worth it.

Very light and humorous book about three withes from old 17th century Wales waking up on out modern times. Very suitable for all audiences. I liked the optimism of the book and the good endings. All ends well in the book and even Ali the cat became a better cat-person than he was a man.

The general idea that hard work and dedication will really improve the lights of many appears to be motivational. Mild humor and gentle love line, some adventures and some morals, possibly some naive moments may make this book suitable for mother daughter reading clubs even.
I had very enjoyable read and some nice needed distraction from realities of life.
Thanks Net Galley and the publisher for the advanced reading copy of the book.

This is not the type of book I typically read, so it did take me a while to get into it. Overall I enjoyed the read.. Katie Holister and her two children have been living a privileged life in Florida, until her husband takes off with his secretary. Katie and her kids head back to her hometown in Missouri and Katie takes on running her parents goat farm. Through a series of events, three witches, Emma, Mary, and Annalee are transported from 1711 Wales, to Katies farm. Mostly a joyful, adventurous story of good witches doing good deeds. I think the story would appeal to young adults.
Thanks to netgalley for a free digital copy, all opinions are my own.

The first thing I noticed after I got into the story was I was sailing along with the story and at about the 39% mark we did a summary of everything that had happened so far???? Other than eating up several pages I was not sure what to make but from looking through the author's books it looks like this was a novella or short story before it was a novel.

This is a PG story for the most part and older kids can read it no problem, there is a slight religious theme but very slight. The main thing here I wish to point out is that it IS a great story, perhaps a bit sugary in a place or two but a great story and ending.
