Alphabet Everywhere is a great book to help stimulate the mind of both child and adult. It makes you look for the unusual in the ordinary world.

Look around you and you can find what you least expect in the most unexpected of places; in this case, alphabets everywhere, as the book title states! The author-photographer shows us through photographs that we just have to look, and we can see D in that door handle, or A in that ladder, or a letter in that tree trunk. Using this as a learning aid, kids can learn not only their letters but also to form associations; as well as to help instill curiosity and observation skills as they go about their daily lives. (and also adults - this book definitely made me more aware of things and places around me, and to look and observe more carefully)
