Vampire territory overlords falls for a local singer / waitress that happens to be a siren. The story/conflict of this book was quite exhilarating. Main characters were refreshingly honest with each other ( other than the spying thing obviously).

Fantastic, I loved every page! This author has been a complete joy to discover. The storyline, characters, witty himor, sexy hot scenes and the overall flow of the book, from start to finish had me completely captivated!

A uniquely written paranormal romance. I enjoyed the story from the beginning. Good solid romance and plot.

This book blew me away, and I don't typically even read anything remotely "post-apocalyptic" in nature! The paranormal romance and smutty elements had me completely obsessed with finishing this book, even though I lost some sleep to finish it in one sitting.

Naia is a girl who loves to sing and has the paranormal powers to really make it work to her advantage. She's in a bit of bind for cash and cannot turn down an offer from her boss to go spy on another vampire club owner. Said club owner, Cortez, is immediately smitten with the mystery girl who seems to be the answer to his dreams. There's a bit of cat and mouse game but, damn, the chemistry! So much smutty goodness follows!

There's, of course, lots of secrets that get in the way of these two, and some bad stuff ends up happening, but this vampire/paranormal/romance storyline was really great. It made me worry that I was diving into this series at book number 4, but it looks like we start fresh here and I was able to catch on without problem. If you're looking for some steamy paranormal read, look no further!

4.5 stars
This book is the 4th in a series, but it can be read as a standalone. I had not previously read any of the other books in this series, but after flying through this one, I have purchased the first and second books and added book 3 to my wish list once I complete the first 2!

Where to start?! This book seemed to have it all --- vampires, mystery/suspense, humor, steamy goodness, alpha male, sassy female... and the chemistry between the two (Cortez & Naia) was volatile from the start --- hot, hot, hot! At first, Cortez comes across heavy handed and annoyed me, but I warmed up to him over the course of the book, especially when he clearly started to fall for Naia. The story is written in 3rd person throughout, but the reader experiences it from Naia's POV - that is one thing I'd change about it - I like to have a sense for what's going through the male mc's mind at times. But overall, the delivery was satisfying.

Overall, a great flow; hot scenes; a mystery to keep the reader hooked; some appropriate humor interspersed throughout; and a sweet HEA.

This was not the best story so far for me in the creatures of Darkness series but I still enjoyed it. It was good to read about Cortez and Naia story since I saw them poping in the Vampire's Masquerade ( that was my first book in the series and I absolutely loved it). The heat level in this book is scorching hot if you like your books very very steamy.
Thanks Netgalley and the publisher for this copy. The thoughts and opinions are all mine.

Cortez seems like a hot vampire! What is not to love about that!!! Naia and Cole have depended on each other since there mom disappeared years ago. Trying to protect her brother she takes a job from Dante her vampire boss. Trying to find a way to get her brother out of his gambling debt she goes to Cortez's club. Sparks fly and things of course happen. Naia is not human and has to make sacrifices for her brother. This is a steamy read with lots of drama Inbetween. I will read the next in this series and the next and if course the next!! You get my drift!!!

I received this ARC from the publisher via Net Galley at my request for an honest review. The opinions written are solely my own. Thank you Net Galley!!

If you want a paranormal romance that's a bit different then perhaps this offering will tick all your boxes. I can honestly say I loved it even if at times I did want perhaps a touch more information about Naia and her inner Siren. She's always been there to protect her brother but he's got himself in so much trouble that only a shady deal with a Vampire can help him or can it ? Naia might have started out trying to get a singing job whilst spying on Cortez but the instant, pulsating attraction they share pretty soon leads her away from everything she knows to a place where her Siren might take control !
This story had everything I wanted romance, suspense and even some mystery. I was blown away by the passion this couple shared and like Naia at times I felt very confused by Cortez. It's part of a series so perhaps the other stories might answer any questions I'm left with but for now I can say there's a happy ending so what more could I ask for ?
This is a voluntary take on a book I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

This book had it all - paranormal, romance, intrigue, betrayal, and a great HEA! You just know that things are not going to end well for Naia who is sent to spy on Cortez, a vampire. When she falls for him, she knows that she can't continue to spy on him.

Unfortunately, he finds out and their storybook romance goes down in flames. I loved that she is so determined to get her man back and works to drive him crazy with desire!

I have only read a few of the books in this series and have liked both of them. The chemistry between the couples is hot and it is great to watch them fall ofr each other. Looking forward to another book in this series.

A delicious hint of Fifty and Twilight rolled into one steamy entree, Keeping His Siren was hard to put down. Naia is sassy and sarcastic while Cortez is dominant and actually sweet, and I really didn’t want their story to end. This is my first book by Fay, whose voice is playful, and writing engaging, but it certainly won’t be my last!

Thank you Netgalley for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This was another quick, shifter romance by Fay. Not her best yet but with her usual steamy love scenes and intoxicating heroes. I liked that our heroine is a strong, loyal woman who entices the hero and makes him feel and become more than he's been. Great read.

I've received a ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Novel was longer than it should've been to be honest and nothing stands out. I did enjoy the supernatural element of the romance with the vampire and siren catching feelings but that's pretty much as exiting as it gets. The romance in my opinion was lackluster but the erotica scenes made up for it.

Thank you to Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op. for the arc of this book.
It was the first book of this series that I have read, and the first by this author to.
I enjoyed it, it made me laugh and cry, and a happy ending to boot!
Over all a good read.
