I initially gravitated toward this book after hearing my son’s teacher mention his trouble with executive functioning. This book is definitely geared toward working professionals, but there were several tips that were applicable to students. That said, the content isn’t terribly new or groundbreaking. If you’ve read anything on time management or productivity, this probably won’t be new information. But it is written for an audience that struggles in those areas, so it’s worth a look. The hacks are bite-sized and achievable.

A promising book for people who want more actionable books to read once they've mastered cognitive behavioral therapy.
