This books is a pretty comprehensive guide to becoming a new version of yourself. It deals with physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health. It has loads of tips on how to make changes in your life; I guess with a book of this nature the extent to which it will benefit you will be determined by the extent to which you realise your need to improve. The chapters on weight and sleep were most relevant for me but there is something here for everyone. If you are serious about making practical changes to your life you could do alot worse that read this book.
