I’ve hit the Trifecta with I Want You Back because it’s all three! And O.M.G. I loved it!

Get ready to feel all the feels. Seriously because, Jaxson has been through hell and back. He’s figuring out his way after retiring from hockey. Figuring out who he is and who he wants to be—and where he fits within his family and the family business. The one thing he’s not trying to figure out is if he wants to be back together with Lucy. His daughter’s mother and the one he let slip through his fingers due to his own actions.

Gah, I loved the interactions between Lucy and Jax. And the flashbacks to when they got together. And typically I am not a fan of flashbacks, but it totally worked for me in this book. I really understood Jax and Lucy and what happened between them to drive them apart. And what ultimately, hopefully, would bring them back together.

I loved Lucy’s strength and her snark. Loved that she didn’t hold back with Jax—that she always told him her thoughts and didn’t just go along with things. And it’s been eight years since she and Jax were a couple. Eight years that she’s raised Mimi a single-parent, for the most part. Eight years that she battled Jax and his BS custody fights and crap. And now she’s trying to balance her own life with the needs of her daughter, her job and Jaxson.

I loved the emotional balance of their romance. That they somehow managed to get it together and be adults. Okay, so perhaps with some help from a sprite of a girl and an uncle or two. But in the end, they got it together. They loved fiercely. And they made it through the trauma of their past. And I cannot wait for more!

Romantic. Emotional. Fascinating. Realistic. Compelling. Engrossing. I could go on and on about how much I loved I WANT YOU BACK by Lorelei James. Fans of her Need You series have been dying for the resolution of this storyline for years, and Ms. James delivers in a big way. The first book in her Want You series was 100% worth the wait.

Jaxson was a big-time hockey star and all-star jerk for years. After an intervention from his family and hitting rock bottom, he got sober and cleaned up his act. He retired from hockey and is at loose ends in his life and career. During the bad years, he was awful to his current ex-girlfriend Lucy, the mother of his eight-year-old daughter. Lucy has been hurt by Jax and doesn't want anything to do with him.

Ms. James doesn't pull any punches with this book. Jax and Lucy both had to do some serious soul searching and have many difficult conversations to find their way to an HEA. It wasn't easy for Jax or Lucy and the character development on and off the page was beautiful. My favorite part of this book might be the way Jax and Lucy have to deal with co-parenting. Parenting is hard, and their struggle to raise a happy and emotionally healthy child made them so relatable.

I expected good really good hero groveling in this book, and I got it. But I love that Lucy and Jax acknowledged that it wasn't just Jax's fault the relationship didn't work. Jax grew, but Lucy did as well. Both characters were completely flawed, and I loved them for it.

I did think the flashbacks were a little jarring and intrusive at times, but I liked that they became fewer and further in-between as Lucy and Jax grew closer in their emotional connection. I also don't think this book stands alone well. There are a lot of characters from the previous series so I recommend you start there.

Overall, this book took me through the emotional wringer. Once I picked it up and really got into the story, I couldn't put it down. I am so obsessed with the whole Lund family/empire. I can't wait to see who gets a book next!

"I Want You Back" by Lorelei James

My Rationalization:

If you like contemporary romances, second chances and sports[hockey] then I am sure you may love this read which dealt with infidelity, addiction and the consequences of unsafe sex. I found this quite an emotional roller coaster read of Jaxon and Lucy where there will be some secrets that will come out that will get a hold to you like nothing else for this couple. Will there be redemption for these two in the end? I liked how this author gives the reader a story with 'flashbacks and alternating POV to the present.' I did love how Jaxon took responsibility for his actions and did prove he was better now than in his past. In the end, the reader will get a heartwarming story of two people who really loved each other but had lots of baggage to sort through before they would truly be together. Now at this point, I do want to say that Lucy wasn't perfect in that she also had some issues of her own but in the end, they had a daughter Mimi whom they were now co-parenting and did find her quite something to deal with at times. I was glad to see they kept on top of that situation with Mimi. So, the end question for Lucy was could she trust that Jaxon would be there for their daughter? Be ready for some sexy steamy romance and some feisty characters that will definitely keep you turning the pages to see what was coming next. I will say that the story did have some up and downs for me but by the end, I thought it was a good enjoyable read.

Lucy had an eight year old daughter-Mimi- bu=y Jaxson. Jaxon had just retired from professional hockey and was back home. He had also went through rehab and was sober now. He now worked for the family business-Lund Industries- L I. Lucy worked there also but she was sure he didn’t work “ there” like she did. Jax asked Lucy what she was doing for the weekend when he picked up their daughter and she answered this and that. Lucy got ready for her first date with Damon . Than she thought about the first time she had met Jaxson a decade ago. Lucy had went to a deluxe fancy car wash. Her car wasn’t fancy but still deserved some TLC. She went in the lobby with a sooda and magazine and than a guy came in. They guy was blustery while yakking on his cell phone. Lucy thought how she hated when people acted inconsiderate and self-important. Lucy silently willed him to go away. But the man plopped down on the bench directly across from her. She felt his gaze on her but she continued to ignore him. Than he said”ever had one of those days?” Lucy wasn’t sure what compelled her but she replied with” One of those days where you’re enjoying a rare moment of quiet when some rude guy destroys it with an obnoxiously loud phone conservation ? Why yes, I am having one of those days now.” Than he laughed and Lucy looked up and the man was gorgeous. He asked her if she was married, engaged, or currently involved with someone and when she said no he asked her out on a date to prove he wasn’t annoying. He said his name was Jaxson. She automatically said she was Lucy. Lucy realized she was a sucker for his tenacious charm. She said okay. Than damon rang her doorbell. She wasn’t nervous about this first date The potential for a second date would create more nerves, since most men never made it past the first with lucy. She’s met damon at a work function and they hit it off, exchanged emails and phone numbers. They met twice after work. When Damon asked her to go to dinner she had said yes. She liked Damon, he was low key but still had a personality. Than Lucy thought of what Jax had said on their first date- by the third date she will know what it was like to have his mouth all over her. So far Jax’s visits with Mimi were on the weekend. Lucy didn’t seem to believe he could get their child to school in time. And Jax tried not to better. Jax had limited access to Mimi for most of her life- with good reason as his past bad boy behavior so he had to probe his intention to be a full time dad. During the years he had played hockey he had only seen Mimi sporadically during the season and the season were long. Jax thought about his first date with Lucy -still the beat date he had ever had. Jax had never been so drawn to a woman. Jax was to meet Lucy back at the pizza restaurant the next evening. Neither believe the other will show but they both show up. Jax still thought how easy being with Lucy was from the start. He’d never had that type of relationship before and it killed jax that he had screwed it up so completely. Part if Lucy was happy that Jax took Lucy places for them to spend time together and did whatever she wanted to do. But part of Lucy resented that she never had the luxury of extra cash until four years ago when Jax stepped up his monetary support. Than Jax’s mom called for her. Even at her and Jax’s darkest times Edie was never cold or cruel to Lucy or indifferent to Mimi. . Jax cam over to Lucy at the party and his sweet. Focused affectionate side still had the power to affect Lucy. Jax said Lucy was the one person he could always talk to, he never fully understood what he had with her until she was gone. Jax said they needed to deal with their past…. To talk. Lucy agreed they should talk and than they would be able to move on. Lucy knew that having that conversation would be excruciating for both of them. On their fourth date Lucy admitted to trust issues and her firm belief in all men always cheated and she hadn’t been proven wrong yet. Nut she did continue to date Jax and on their fifth date they had sex. Jax wanted Lucy to move to Chicago where the team was based during their long season but she refused. He bought tickets for her to fly out to see him on the weekends. Than Lucy found out she was pregnant but decided to wait until the season was over to tell jax. Jax’s mom was with Lucy when Mimi was born. Lucy learned jax had cheated on her and ended their relationship. Jax eventually went to rehab and got sober and he wanted Lucy back. He knew the chemistry was still there between them, but would Lucy give him that chance.
I loved this book. It was a easy, fun, romantic read. I loved how the author handled the subject of a STD -herpes- that was forever. This is the first book I have ever read that handled a STD and felt that gave some realism about a celebrity that slept around a lot with unknown partners. I loved how Jax worked so hard to be a good dad and got Lucy to start trusting him again. I also loved how Jax’s family supported him no matter what even when he quit the family business. . I felt Mimi was a typical eight year old only child and she definitely added a lot to this book. I loved the plot and pace to this book. I didn’t want to put this down. It caught my attention from the start and kept it until the last page. I loved the characters and the ins and outs and I highly recommend this book.

I Want You Back by Lorelei James was a sweet and charming second romance. Jax Lund’s life has been hockey, but now he is back home and trying to find his place, both at the family company and with his ex and daughter. Lucy Quade once loved Jax but is not sure what kind of man he is today. Can she trust him?

Jax was determined to show Lucy how good they could be if just given the chance. But there is more at stake than just her feelings, there is their daughter as well. Jax made some very bad choices in the past, but he has worked so hard to change his life. Lucy is in a good place, but slowly Jax begins to break down her walls. They had a lot of chemistry, but a lot to work through as well.

Though Jax’s choices may turn some away, this is a story about redemption, hope and second chances. Lucy was strong and determined, if a bit weary of Jax. But their journey is their own and one I enjoyed reading.

Happy reading!

I love a second chance sports romances so this was a no brainier to read for me.
Jaxson Lund had a shot of a lifetime, only problem..he had to leave his daughter and her mother behind. For years he has been focused on himself and his career, but now his career is over and Jax is back and is determined to win his family back.
Jaxson has made a mess of their past and has struggled with his long distance relationship with his daughter Mimi, who is pretty awesome! Lucy is feisty and takes no nonsense now that Jax is back and trying to make up for their past. She feels it may be too late and doesn't think he will be able to redeem himself.

This is a dual POV and it gives us also a look at how things started for Jax and Lucy.
This is a beautiful real story with real life issues. It is real seeing Jax try to build his relationship with his daughter and it opens up his eyes that Lucy has had to be a single parent while he was being self absorbed. The journey to healing each other hearts for Jax and Lucy, who at first you want to hate Jax for being stupid but Lorelei finds a way to mend it together beautifully in the end. Great second chance/sports read that I loved from front to back!

Nikki’s Review:

Lorelei James is my unicorn author. I devour her books and forget the world around me. I’ve struggled a bit to write this review. There’s stuff in this book that was different for me. And stuff that pushed me out of my comfort zone.

I went through so many emotions while reading this book. It’s almost difficult to pinpoint the one that got me in the heart the most. I can always count on Ms. James to tear me apart, but thoroughly put me back together again.

I fell hard and fast for Jax. And that’s not something I thought was possible given his past behaviour. But he charmed me from page one. One of the things I could sense through this whole story was the Jax’s vulnerability. He had so much weighing on his shoulders. The thing he wanted, and needed, the most to move forward in his healing process was Lucy.

Man, I absolutely love Lucy and her sassy mouth! She’s sarcastic and full of spunk. These two have so much chemistry. It was smoking hot from their very first meeting. But Jax hurt her. He broke her heart, and left her to do most of the child rearing to their precocious daughter, Mimi. Getting back into Lucy’s good graces was going to take a lot of patience on Jax’s part.

Honestly, I’m not sure I could have done what Lucy did. She forgave Jax with her whole heart. I think she was incredibly strong to do that. At the end of this book I sat and pondered what I really thought about the story. Did I like it? Was it too much out of my comfort zone? And what I ended up with was yes, I liked the book. That’s putting it mildly...I loved it. There was a real human side to this novel. We all make mistakes, some are bigger than others, but we also have the capacity to forgive and to allow ourselves to love and be loved in return. You blew it out of the park with this one, Lorelei!

I Want You Back is an interesting take on a second chance romance.

Jax is a retired pro hockey player who had a period where he defined behaving badly in multiple faucets of his life. Lucy is his ex-girlfriend/mother of his child and the prime target of his bad behavior. We meet Jax and Lucy when their daughter is 8 and he is working to reshape his post hockey life.

Told in a mix of real time and flashbacks, Jax and Lucy's story is both heartwarming and a little heartbreaking. The heartwarming comes from watching Jax put so much of his efforts into being a good dad and showing the changes he's made, not just talking about them. Lucy's changing attitudes and the strides they made together add to the authentic feel of the second chance story. The heartbreaking piece comes from seeing the graphic discussion of how Jax and Lucy's first shot at love fell apart and the impact that continues to have on their daughter.

I felt like Ms James put a lot of effort into creating a realistic scenario for the unification of a family that had never really been together and the repairing of a lost romantic relationship. I struggled a little bit though. There were two key items for me: 1) The shear size of the secondary cast, mainly made up of Jax's extended family. This book indicates it is the beginning of a series/set, but from the repeated couple references it seems that the Lund family has been featured extensively in previous books. Managing such a large cast and the complicated relationships is a bit distracting. It also appears that a least a portion of Jax's backstory has been built in prior books and it left me with a feeling of being a bit lost sometimes. 2) Jax's final little bombshell of what led him to make his life changing decision. While it was trans formative for him, it felt a little over the top in terms of the already complicated relationship between Jax and Lucy.

I enjoyed I Want You Back and am curious about Ms James back list to learn more about the Lund family, but I would offer caution to someone in my shoes who has not read her work extensively before jumping into this one.

I’m such a sucker for a good second chance romance, even more so when the couple have a child together, so I was really rooting for Jax and Lucy to get their HEA! From the beginning this couple felt like they were always meant-to-be, which was enhanced by flashbacks to some of their first dates. A super meet-cute, and palpable chemistry had me hooked! I loved the flashbacks, and I felt like it gave a depth to their connection that wouldn’t have been there otherwise, but I was glad we didn’t relive their messy breakup, as I’m not fond of super angsty romances.

My heart ached for the loss of their relationship since it was clear neither were over the breakup even though it happened years ago, right around when their eight-year-old daughter Sophie was born. It’s always tough for me to get over a cheating in a relationship, but Ms. James handled it beautifully! Not to excuse Jax’s behavior, but alcoholism and toxic peer influence contributed. I appreciated he never made excuses, and acknowledged how badly he screwed up, losing “the love of his life” in the process. He definitely made up for it! Lucy wasn’t completely blameless in the death of their relationship, IMO, and I’m glad she recognized her part and worked to change.

Jax and Lucy’s story was mentioned here and there in the Need You series, so I’ve been eagerly anticipating their turn, and I Want You Back did not disappoint! Loved Jax and Lucy’s story to pieces! This series is a new spin-off, something I just figured out. I thought is was part of the Need You series, and we do have cross-over characters. However, you don’t have to read any of the other books to love Jax and Lucy’s story.

This is my first book from Lorelei James, but it definitely won’t be my last! I’m not sure how I missed this author, but I loved I Want You Back, Book 1 in her new Want You series.

I Want You Back is a 5 star second chance, single parent romance. Jaxson Lund, famous hockey player, moves back to the Twin Cities at the end of his career. He wants to win back Lucy Quade, ex girlfriend, love of his life, and mother to his only daughter back into his life. But he has a lot to prove after years of cheating, sleeping around, and bad choices due to alcoholism.

Lucy is a confident single mom to Mimi, who tells it like it is. And is not sure that Jax has truly changed.

I Want You Back is told from alternating perspectives between Lucy and Jax, and alternates between the present and back to the beginning of their relationship.

Lorelei James has created fully developed characters that the reader connects to immediately. Moving between past and present, I felt immersed into their relationship. Not only did I love Jax and Lucy, but this book has a whole host of well developed secondary characters, including their daughter Mimi. I enjoyed learning the ins and out the The Lund family and hope following books feature each of Jax’s siblings. Mimi, their daughter, was a spitfire and had me laughing with her antics.

I Want You Back was a well told story from beginning to end. The chemistry and romance between Jax and Lucy was perfect. It was just the right amount of romance for me. Enough to get my heart fluttering, but not too much detail to make me uncomfortable. It was the perfect balance for me.

If you have a chance, pick this one up!! I know I will be waiting for the rest of the books in this series!!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book.

Omgosh this book is EVERYTHING. So, so, so good. This was my first book by the author but I guarantee it won’t be my last.

Jax and Lucy gave me life. A life I didn't know I was looking for. I'm not a "swoony" type of book girl. I usually prefer angst and drama and all that dark stuff. Don't get me wrong, there IS that in this book but it's definitely one of those feel good type of books. In the best way possible.

Lines like..."Because meaningless hookups nearly destroyed me. They definitely destroyed everything that mattered to me."
and..."Because this was our secret spot. It was the first place we were together and the last place I remember being happy before everything went to hell in my life. I thought it might be a talisman. If I owned it then maybe I could own my life again. Maybe I could find my way back to a happier place."
owned me. It wasn't all about the cheesy instalove. It was real. REAL situations. I love the way Ms. James included the bits with Mimi and how real it made everything. A book I could totally relate to.

I've already purchased a few more books of hers to add to my TBR list.

Lucy and Jax have a history, including a beautiful daughter they both love. When Jax was a professional hockey player in the NHL, he didn’t spend much time with his daughter and used her as a pawn in his limited dealings with Lucy. However, now Jax is sober, retired from the NHL, and living back in Minneapolis working for the family company. Meanwhile, Lucy has been with Lund Industries for a while and is doing well. She’s on good terms with Jax’s family, but is mostly alone, just Mimi and her. Now that Jax is back, he’s spending more and more time with Mimi… and Lucy, and those old feelings just won’t go away.

I am a big fan of Ms. James’s Need You series and am very excited that she’s continuing the Lund family romances with the Want You series. We met both Jax and Lucy in previous books, so I already know some about their custody issues over Mimi and problems from the past, but this is new romance. And I LOVE second chance romances, especially when the couple never truly moved on from their initial love for one another.

Lucy and Jax are given a special gift: the chance to start again. Jax has grown so much from his self-destructive days as an alcoholic professional athlete. I love how open he is about his past sins and his need to accept responsibility. How he has reprioritized his life. How he is still growing. But it takes a woman like Lucy and a strong initial love to make this work. Lucy is special. She has learned to let go of the hurt because she has such a huge heart. I like that we didn’t have to go through the horrible to get to the good... we got glimpses in previous books and via flashbacks, and now they are open and willing to work on things to be good co-parents to Mimi. Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of work to trust again, but the worst is behind them by the start of this book.

I appreciate that Ms. James gives us a fairytale romance, but rooted it in reality. This couple has been through a lot, and she doesn’t sugar coat some of the issues.

SPOILER ALERT:

During the course of reconciliation and as things begin to heat up, Jax reveals to Lucy that he has a life-long STD. I applaud Ms. James’s inclusion of this aspect for Jax. All too often the bad boy/playboy-turned-good-guy hero doesn’t have any lingering repercussions from his past, and STDs are a serious and real issue in our society. The fact that he shares the truth, lets Lucy decide how she wants to handle her own body, and we witness the pair talking over their concerns and fears, gives readers a healthy example of how to deal with the hard issues.

END SPOILER

In the end, I completely adored Jax, Lucy, and Mimi. They are a good team because they have found the keys to making it work. They know life is tough, but they both grew and learned to start again. While certainly a wonderful standalone romance, I loved having the background of the Lund family and several of the side characters, as well as already having met Lucy and Jax in the previous books.

My Rating: A- Enjoyed A Lot

Although a quick read, I didn't enjoy this one as much as I wanted to. There was something missing between Jax and Lucy. I felt the spark in the few flashback scenes we were given (I wanted more of those) but it was missing in the present. It felt like they went from having a strange relationship to a tumultuous one to being in love with each other again in the blink of an eye. I also thought their daughter was used oddly in the story and didn't help further anything along. That aside my biggest annoyance was the random STD in the story that seemed to be brushed aside by the end to make it more convenient for Lucy and Jax. All in all, I read it in 2 days, but it wasn't the book for me.

I absolutely loved I Want You Back by Lorelei James. This story captured my attention from beginning to end. I couldn’t put the book down!

This is a second chance romance, with a redeeming hero. Jaxson is a charmer, oh so sexy, and an amazing father.
I love Lucy’s witty and sassy personality. She’s strong, independent and is a fabulous mom to her daughter Mimi, who’s quite the little 8 year old girl!
The chemistry and banter between Jax and Lucy is so good!
I love the dynamics and relationship between the Jaxson’s Family and other secondary characters.
This story had all the feels. From laughter, tenderness, passion, and raw emotion. It felt realistic and genuine. Just the right amount of drama and romance.
This is my first read by Lorelei James. I really look forward to the next book in the series.
I received an ARC from Berkley for my honest and voluntary review. I highly recommend I Want You Back.

I WANT YOU BACK is one of those feel good, fun, but bittersweet second chance at love stories.

Jaxson messed up, he destroyed his relationship with his daughter’s mother because he was so caught up in himself to ever think of anyone else…including his daughter. But now he is back and he wants to make up for lost time, not just with his daughter but with Lucy, his ex.

Lucy has moved on, has been a single parent for years and has made a good life for her and her daughter…even without the help of “dead beat dad”.

Sparks have always flown around Jaxson and Lucy, but now they just might lite and inferno!

I found I WANT YOU BACK is one of those books you read from start to finish and you put up the DO NOT DISTURB THE READER sign.

I received this ARC copy of I Want You Back from Berkley Publishing Group. This is my honest and voluntary review. I Want You Back is set for publication April 2, 2019.

This was a truly refreshing second chance romance and I definitely enjoyed it a lot. It felt very real, very authentic... There'was no over the top drama, nothing overly angsty, yet it still felt difficult and honest. I enjoyed the characters and while the angst lover in me wanted to feel more of the heartache from the past, I definitely appreciated that it focused more on the healing process than on what tore them apart. A solid read.

James wrote a book that has given me every emotion from love to hate and back again. She took Jax down the path of destruction of his life and rebuilt him into a man that was worthy of gaining back his daughter and Lucy his love of his life. Jax and Lucy had to establish a new life for them to move forward, even addressing all the past pains that they had screamed at each other.

Why I love this book besides the fact I am in love with Lund family series. James did not shy away from showing the consequences of infidelity in a relationship and the destruction in wrecks when nine years later trying to put back the pieces. All the characters have flaws that are realistic and can been seen in everyone. Humor is still seen in the book even with some of the more emotional scenes.

This is truly one of the best Lorelei James books I have read.

***4.5 Stars***

I do love me a good second chance romance and this one definitely hit all the right buttons for me. It had its emotionally brutal moments that were balance out perfectly with sweet and heart melting ones and add in a whole slew of well written characters and it was a story that I couldn’t put down!

Jaxon, I ended up loving the man, I did, but man did he screw up royally in the beginning. There is no denying that, but what had me rooting for him was how he took responsibility for his actions and worked to make himself a better person. That right there showed me what a good man he was and watching as stayed the course, which was difficult at times, had me falling in love with him as the story progressed.

Lucy is a hard nut to crack, I mean I loved the woman, I did, but there were moments where even I was like “Girl, you need to step back” But once you got past those walls, she was sweet and sassy and extremely hard working in all aspects of her life.

As for Lucy and Jax’s journey to their HEA, it was a rocky one, an enjoyable one overall, but they definitely had their moments. But, I loved watching as they both worked at their relationship and how they learned to actually communicate and eventually trust in each other again. The whole ‘one step forward, two steps back’ thing was real, but so satisfying in the end as they got the HEA they both truly deserved.

This was a great read and a lot of that had to do with how realistic many of the situations Jax, Lucy and Mimi, their daughter, found themselves in. It didn’t matter if it was a good, bad or at ugly one, they played out in a way that I could honestly see it happening in ‘real life’. The only issue I really had was pacing. There were times when things dragged a bit for me, but I powered through because I wanted to see how everything turned out. And then there are the secondary characters. I enjoyed getting to know them all (the family dynamic is awesome) and there are two that I am crossing my toes will get their own book because the sparks definitely flew between them, but my favorite out of everyone was Dallas and I’m hoping to get to know her a lot better as the series progresses.

Note: This is a ‘spin off’ of the Need You series, but you don’t need to read it in order to enjoy this one.

I Want You Back - Second Chance Romance. A Beautiful, Emotionally raw love story with REAL FEELS!

Y'all, Jaxson is first of all a super hot-retired hockey superstar. However, he is SO MUCH MORE than just that. He's a bad boy, that's done wrongs, ruining his relationship, dealing with addiction. But, turning his life around and he is actually turning into the "honest-loving-fighting-his-way-back-into-her-life-let-me-show-you-I-can-be-your-hero" kind of book boyfriend we all love!

Jaxson and Lucy both have to overcome their own faults. And once they let go of their emotions and feelings and start to forgive...it's amazing.

This story is absolutely one of my favorites. Highly recommend everyone read 'I WANT YOU BACK'

WOW! This story was so compelling and once I started, the words would not let me go.
So many lies and hurts and so much anger between these 2 make it nearly impossible to forgive and forget. But the years have matured them and its a great read as they find their way to each other again.
I loved the spin on this one with a child that had never had both parents in the home and her reactions were so real and raw.
Highly suggest this read as I would EVERY Lorelei book that I have read!
