I read this book mainly out of curiosity. At this time I don't know anyone with schizophrenia but I wanted to read about this from a Christian perspective. I found the book easy to read. First, the author begins with sharing her own story, the story of her son with schizophrenia. Then she begins to share resources and what you need to know. I did find that it gave me insight into what happens in a family. This is a book that I will reference for understanding those with schizophrenia.
