This journal contains about a hundred brief inspirational sayings (the topics: personal, relationship, life cycle, gratitude) with one blank page next to each inspirational saying so you have space to jot down your reactions. As you reflect on who you are, you may decide to work on showing up better for others, which suggests the book's subtitle "Learn to Manage Your Attitudes in All Your Relationships." Exactly what attitudes, what relationships, and how you manage it all will be up to you! The blank journal is not intended merely as something to read (as that would only take ten minutes); it is a prompt for writing or conversation. It could be used in conjunction with other kinds of self-development or spiritual study. It becomes your own customized "handbook" after you fill it out.

This was a very interesting book. It gives insight to many different facets of the human psychology and behaviors. I am interested in learning more about this subject.

I enjoyed the interactive nature of this book, from the prompts to stores that not just inspire but are a call to action to how we approach our daily life. Handbook for Humans, Vol1 is a great read and a great gift for those around you to spark conversations on a great level.

Hanbooks for Human, Volume 1 is easily digestable. Mostly, it contains simple sayings instructing us how to be god to our selves in other. IN fact, I felt like this book should be one of those gft books with gorgeous pictures and saying. I don't know that I would buy it as it is.

This book is quite well done, meant to be interactive. After each short point, you are asked questions and encouraged to think deeply about how you think about things. Topics include acceptance, dealing with personal mistakes, allowing anyone to teach you, etc.
