'Dinosaur Explorers Vol. 4: Trapped in the Triassic' by Albbie with art by Redcode is a graphic novel about time travelers moving through different eras in search of dinosaurs.

The crew find themselves in the Triassic era and with more dangerous creatures, Dr. Da Vinci has made a nifty vehicle for the kids to move around in. The problems come when the kids argue over who gets to drive and Emily storms off in to danger.

Along the way, the reader learns cool facts about the creatures of the era. The art style is a kind of manga style and the story should keep younger readers engaged.

I received a review copy of this graphic novel from Papercutz and NetGalley. Thank you for allowing me to review this graphic novel.

Cute, but not really my cup of tea. I wanted to read this to my kids but they had trouble focusing on the plot and the characters and found it a little confusing. Maybe if we’d read the previous books it would have worked out better. Still interesting.

This looked chaotic here and there, and I must admit, this is the first time I read Dinosaur Explorers, but after that I will check the rest of the volumes out, because I liked that a lot. Funny too.
