This is the second book in Harte’s Veteran Movers series and is even better than the first. We get to revisit all the characters from book one, The Whole Package, but this story mainly focuses on Cash and Jordan and their HEA. There is so much emotion involved in this second book it just makes you want to wrap the characters in a huge hug and hold on tight. Harte really outdid herself with this one regarding the relatability and feelings of these two awesome characters. Cash and Jordan each have so much history and baggage between them but they still find a way to work through it all and find their happy ever after. This is a sweet, fun, engaging story with likeable characters and an entertaining storyline full of emotion, sass, humor, brotherly bonds, friendship, suspense, drama, and sexy romance.

*I received an advanced copy and I am voluntarily providing my honest review. Thank you, Marie Harte, for the great read!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for letting me read this book. It was a fun, easy read. There were moments I felt I would have benefited from reading book one first, but overall the plot was simple to follow. The main characters have sass and are quite confident, however judging by their descriptions, they pull it off well. The chemistry is good, and there are a few hurdles to overcome with family and the past, and Cash and Jordan do whatever it takes to make it work.
Fun and flirty, 3 stars.

This is the second book in the series, again I ask that you start from the first book because you get much more understanding of who is who and since I enjoyed the first book encourage you to read it. This is Cash's book along with his love interest Jordan, again we met them in the first book and we just knew that something along the lines of their interest in each other was brewing. Cash surprised me and broke my heart because he seemed so confident and to read how insecure he was and how he grew up truly broke my heart. Jordan didn't have it much easier either and it was a good thing that they were there for each other and were able to heal each other. I liked these two together Jordan was a badass and I liked that she was petite (since I am) it is nice to read of someone whose looks are not someone resembling a perfect model but a normal human being. There is so much I can say, more info on story but I want you to read it captures your interest from the beginning and left us with anxiousness on waiting for the next one..Loved reading of past characters, even throwing in there one of my beloved Donnegins (sigh) miss them. Can't wait for the next one..does not matter whether it is about Evan or Smith or even Hector just want one..Enjoy!

I enjoyed the continuation of this series. Normally I dont like kids in the story but I liked the relationship with the heroine and her brother (as well as the hero). I liked how strong she was and how their relationship progressed. It was a refreshing ending where she acknowledged she was posted and just needed space for a minute.

I've loved all of Marie Harte's Seattle based series, McCauley Brothers, Donnigans, Body Shop, and The Works but I don't know how the first book in the Veterans Movers series slipped by me. Smooth Moves the second book in the series is written so well I didn't feel out of the loop. Former Marine, Cash, and former Army MP Jordan work together at the moving company Cash and his brother own but fight their growing attraction. Jordan handles his gruff offputting nature with sarcasm and wit and Cash can't help but fall for her beauty and genuine personality. Throw in past insecurities, family drama, and occasional fisticuffs and you have the makings of an extremely entertaining love story. I highly recommend this book and I will be backtracking to the first one in the series posthaste.

Not necessarily a stand alone but I think could be read as one. Smooth Moves is Book #2 in the Movin’ On series. Jordan and. Cash have great chemistry and I thought this was a good read.

I received an advanced reader's copy of Smooth Moves by Marie Harte from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was the second book of the Movin' On series - first being The Whole Package - and it was HILARIOUS. I'm so glad it wasn't a let down from the first fantastic book in the series. [I really cannot wait for the third book staring their cousin, Evan!] The first book made me laugh, but Smooth Moves made me snort water through my nose while reading and attempting to take a drink.

The main characters, former US Marine Cash Griffith and former Army Jordan Fleming, have fantastic, witty banter and their chemistry just clicks. I liked how Jordan was able to chirp back and forth with her coworkers (mostly guys) without being a bitch or losing her femininity. She also balanced Cash well when he was emotionally vulnerable without coddling him and he let her handle issues without trying to be the He-Man and "fix everything for the little lady."

All in all, Smooth Moves by Marie Harte was a very entertaining read. It was fast paced with the plot, direct with the conflict (instead of endlessly hinting but never actually putting it before the reader), and the steamy scenes really were hot. Five stars!

Smooth Moves picks up where The Whole Package left off... but with big brother Cash as our hero.

Cash is the strong silent type... without you know the silent part!! He has no problem telling it like it is (much to his brother's despair) when it comes to the job at least - with everything else he has a bit of a blurting problem. He know he shouldn't get involved with someone he works with but there is just something about Jordan that keeps pulling him back

Jordan is a tough one, but at the same time her family (in particular her baby bro) is her soft spot. She knows better than to get involved with the boss... but she can't seem to help herself.

This was an entertaining read (especially with the pranks they play on each other) and makes me eager to read Evan's story

The story of Cash and Jordan. The scond book in this series and an entertaining read.

They both work at the same removals firm and have been flirting for a while. Once they start to spend more time together otside of work, they can't keep away from each other. Both of them have family issues to sort out but will they let these get i nthe way of their relationship?

Looking forward to the next book in this series,

What's wrong with rich people?

Mommie Dearest, then.

Hmm, I can't believe Cash actually admits to watching "Project Runway."

You'd be surprised, Cash. Her life is not a basket of roses.

Smith is a half-brother.

Cash is just a little unruly, “safe for you, maybe. I’m about to explode,” he confessed. “I’m clean, huge, and ready to eff. I want you. Any more questions? Is this a damn debate club, or can we get busy?” Sometimes Cash just needs to shut his girl up, "he didn’t like “someone else” at all and staked his claim. He kissed her until neither of them could breathe and only stopped when someone cleared his throat. They broke apart and looked to the open doorway to see Reid staring at them in astonishment." I liked this book, I loved Cash.

I had been eagerly awaiting Cash and Jordan's story and it did not disappoint. I wanted to just hug him so tight and take away his pain, but it was even better to see Jordan love him so much and help him through everything. This book also showed some great brotherly love, and I cannot wait for even more from this group of veterans!

This is book 2 in a aseries about brothers whoown a moving company, they only hire veterans. Cash is the owners brother and partner. He is the older brother and a former Marine. Jordan is a new hire, former Army and she is taking care of her of teen brother while deciding what she wants to go to college to do with her Gi Bill.

They both have a love/hate thing going on, that is until J wants help with her brother and she trusts Cash to help steer him right. This was a sweet, fun and HOT story and I enjoyed it.

I always enjoy books written by Marie Harte and this book was no exception. Big, handsome, sexy, Cash has tried hard not to lust after Jordan since she works for the moving company owned by his brother and him. Cash is an ex-Marine who knows what he wants and Jordan, aka Little Army, is pretty much it. Strong, sexy, and badass, Jordan wants to be a partner with a man not the "little woman". Cash respects her but it's hard for him not to go full throttle when he's protecting someone. They are great together and the help he gives her teen brother makes Jordan care for him even more. Action, passion, and intrigue make this second book in the Movin' On series very enjoyable.

I loved this book. Cash and Jordan are both strong, funny and smart and are perfect for each other. I would recommend reading the previous book in the Movin' On series for additional back story but it's not necessary. This story stands on its own.

I liked this book, and I enjoy Marie Harte's books overall. I didn't realize this book wasn't a stand alone, and I think I would have enjoyed it much better having read the previous series.

I wasn't sure how I felt about Cash in the first book in this series. He was kind of a jerk. But after this book it is official, I love him. We get a much better insight into who he is and why he is that way. You can't help but find him adorable. I loved Jordan too, their chemistry is off the charts and I found myself laughing at the way they interacted. I would highly recommend not only this book but the series. I can't wait for the next one.
