Description
Former covert ops agent Tom Sexton risks it all one last time to take down the terrorist who wants him dead in the final installment of the Agent Series. Hunted for more than twenty years by a mysterious terrorist known as the Benefactor, former Navy Seabee Tom Sexton is done running. Working with his girlfriend, Stella, for a private-sector spec ops team, Tom has a plan to eliminate the elusive stranger who murdered his family. But Tom didn’t just emerge from deep cover. He might have been lured. A former colleague gone rogue has warned Tom of a shadow agent hiding in plain sight. If Tom trusts the intel, that means he can’t trust anyone else. Over the next seventy-two hours, Tom will be fighting for his life—and Stella’s—and to expose the traitor. And he may be walking into more than one trap. It’s a collision course with a truth he never saw coming. One that may require a sacrifice he’s not willing to make.

My Review
The third installment The Shadow Agent is an excellent novel. Daniel Judson has done it again! An excellent suspenseful mystery that keeps you interested until the very end. The characters are well-crafted and the story-line is engrossing.

I was provided this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion. Well, I have to tell you this is one of those books you definitely want to read.

This is the third installment of this series. I enjoyed it very much, although not as much as the earlier books. Tom Sexton is a former agent, trying to live a private life. He is pulled back into the business and is forced to do things that he would prefer not to do, but he has no choice. The series is excellent.

Tom Sexton has to come out of hiding. Stella is coming too and going into training. The Benefactor has put a hit out on him. Things have changed and those he thought he could trust are not all on the same side now. The story takes us on the road with Tom to find out who can be trusted and who needs to be eliminated. How Tom gets there is not easy. Trying to keep his friends safe is not easy either but with their help he can get the job done.

"Right up there with Michael Crichton. Wow - where did this guy come from? I'm a suspense junkie and having read several hundred Kindle books, I can honestly say this has to be the most exciting heart pounding story I have yet read on my Kindle. I give it 10 stars out of 5 and -

I stumbled upon this author by accident but was hooked immediately, since it's not your typical hero and story. The suspense is there and it's well written however I stongly recommend that you read them in order since you will get more out of the story and persons involved background. Thank you #Netgalley and #ThomasandMercer for giving me this opportunity to read Judsons #TheShadowAgent

The third book in The Agent Series is well worth reading. Former Seabee Tom Sexton, whose covert life was introduced in the first two book of this series, wants out of the life, but he needs to deal with the person who murdered his family. Along with girlfriend Stella he’s on a short deadline to find the rogue/shadow agent who has lured him out of hiding. So while his search continues, he must also be looking over his shoulder trusting no one.
