This is what Danielle Steel does best! A strong independent woman who despite all odds makes her own success. 3 beautiful daughters all different from each other but when needed it’s all always about family !

I really enjoyed and loved this book. I liked that Isabelle figured out that she didn't have crap judgement in picking men, just bad luck. From enduring a brief affair, a con man, the love of her life, she managed to survive all obstacles in her way. She raised 3 very different daughters and had her own career. I really enjoyed how Xela finally found herself and became closer to her family. It was a story that spanned decades and I laughed and cried. Very good book

This was a very enjoyable and heartfelt read. I liked the few prior Danielle Steel books I read better but this one was not a disappointment. It was a typical Danielle Steel book about life and family. Would recommend. Thank you netgalley for letting me give an honest review of this book.

As a young intern at an art gallery in Paris, Isabelle McAvoy meets Putnam Armstrong, wealthy, gentle, older, and secluded from the world. Isabelle’s relationship with Putnam, and her time at his château on the Normandy coast, are the stuff of dreams. But it turns real when she becomes pregnant, for she knows that marriage is out of the question.

When Isabelle returns to New York, she enters a new relationship that she hopes will be more stable and traditional. But she soon realizes she has made a terrible mistake and again finds herself a single mother.

The three girls grow up to be very different women, and Isabelle’s relationship with each of them is unique. While raising her girls alone, Isabelle also begins building a career as a successful art consultant. Then one final turn of fate brings a past secret to light, bonds mother and daughters closer, and turns a challenge into a blessing.

I started reading Danielle Steel books a few years ago because my mom would read her books when I was younger and she loved them. I'm so glad I started reading Danielle Steel's books, this one absolutely knocked my socks off! I loved it and can't wait to read more of her books.

Thank you #NetGalley for the ARC of #BlessingInDisguise

I received an ARC copy of this book from Net Galley in exchange for my honest opinion of it. I have to say that I have alot if mixed feelings about this book. Lately I have been reading alot of thriller/mystery books so it was nice to have a complete change and read a romance book and Danielle Steel does not disappoint. Annabelle, the main character in the book, is a very likeable person and I really enjoyed following her life, loves and tribulations while raising three daughters. I really enjoy how her books take you all over the world and really make you see it all. The only thing was all of the tragedies in Annabelle's life that seemed to be a bit much. But overall, I read it in 24 hours and enjoyed it.

Another enjoyable book by Danielle Steel. She covers it all, love, unhappiness, health crisis, etc. The storyline seemed to end very quickly, just as Isabelle finds love again.

This is the story of Isabelle McAvoy, her life, her loves and her children. It is a typical Steel novel, filled with angst, tragedy, love and second, sometimes third chances. I found the ending very abrupt, I was looking for more pages. If you want a fast beach read this is for you.

My very first Danielle Steel novel! I've been reading romance and women's fiction for years but just have never picked up one of her books. I was not disappointed. I found this book very easy to read with enjoyable characters. Very good!

If you are willing to suspend disbelief, you will enjoy this adult fairytale. Yes, we can find the flaws, but relax and look for the charm.

This is the story of Isabelle, her 3 daughters and her relationships with their fathers. The story is full of unlikely events, but Isabelle triumphs over each. Yet, within the novel, there are lots of things worth discussing....aging, adoption, coping with health issues.

So, Steel again wrote an enjoyable novel about a very special woman and her unusual life.

Loved this book! Whenever I read a Danielle Steel book I know I will laugh, cry and become a part of the story. Here characters become dear friends and some enemies. It becomes hard to know what is real life and what is fiction because she draws you in. I have been reading Ms. Steel for over 35 years and I look forward to every story she has to tell.
