A very interesting story that was not able to sustain my attention for the totality of the narrative. An admirable attempt.

Cute just as I thought it would be. Vitor Caffagi does not dissapoint with beautiful illustrations and a adorable - but simple - plot. This graphic novel will follow Vincent and his love life. All the problemas and hapinness he has during this period of his life. The story can be a bit too simple, but it doesn't mean it's a bad one. May not be for everyone, although I believe loads of people will relate to Vincent and his struggles - I know i have.

Three and a half stars.

For a book built out of daily strips from a Brazilian newspaper, about a lad struggling to work out which of two girlfriends he should concentrate on as his first relationship, this is actually surprisingly good. Yes it's overly wordy at times, a little too repetitive, and the voice-over a little too arch, but it's entertaining. I'm not sure I bought the whole thing as true-to-life, for the whole manner in which both affairs are conveniently on-again-off-again types rang a little false. But there's just enough here that's intriguing and fun. Why is his best friend dating a giraffe, is one of the better gags to come from the anthropomorphised characters, and the whole has a reasonable level of cuteness. Considering this isn't normally my kind of thing, I actually quite enjoyed my time reading it.

Cute illustrations, but the story line was too simplistic and overused for me to hold interest in it. I also didn't connect with the characters.

Usually, I don't like comics that are cute like this one, but I liked this. Full of cliché but still enjoyable. Love, friends, typical adolescent problems. The only real problem I had with this was small and blurry writing. I would write more to this but finals time, woohoo *annoyed tone*.

Vincent is a cliched high school story about finding love and deciding what to do once you get it. The artwork is in a rather cute comic style, but the fonts were small and cramp on certain pages (on this ARC anyway).

And while I feel it's cliched, this graphic novel still plays on a theme that many could relate to, which is why the plot remains eternal. Vincent's thought process is entirely relatable as he navigated his new relationships, and his friends keep him grounded and add hilarity through unhelpful advice.

Looking at the cover of this graphic novel, I thought that the story is intended for young kids because it looks likes a cover of a children's storybook. But the tagline below the title is a giveaway that this is meant for older readers. I guess some readers could relate to the story of Vincent and how he got easily smitten.

Vincent's story of being a high school student, RPG, crushes, heartbreak, and platonic love is quite entertaining to read and really relatable because I guess almost everyone experienced these while growing up. The only struggle I encountered while reading is the font size because it's quite small; I'm not sure about the actual size of the printed material so I assume that it would be more readable. Overall, I had a fun time reading Vincent's story as well as the silly remarks of his friends regarding love and relationships.

This is a fun collection of comic strips that tell the story of Vincent, a dog who just wants to find love. He first falls for Lady, a cat he meets on the bus. But when things don't go exactly as he imagined, he hopes to find love elsewhere. This is a story of how dating is complicated, feelings are complicated, and love is just a mess. I really enjoyed reading this ebook and I would recommend it for anyone who needs a smile.
