Very excellent. Compelling story and characters. Thank you Net Galley for the advanced copy. I am not normally a big Science Fiction fan but this one intrigued me, I couldn't stop reading. Bits of horror, bits of human emotion and drama. I will recommend this book to any sci fi or horror fan.

Really fun thriller, if you're into alien parasite sci-fi (I am). The book ranges from terrorist survivalist group to virus freakout to alien parasite invasion, and it's very immersive in its storytelling and characters.

This book was a fun read. It seemed to straddle the line between a YA and adult book; it was hard to tell which category it fit better in. A lot went on in the book, and I would have liked more details at certain points. It seemed like the author was so busy juggling all of the plot points that they glossed over some areas that they really could have elaborated more on. I liked that the science was more plausible in this book than in some other sci-fi books I've read. The diversity of characters was refreshing and didn't feel forced. 3.5 stars.
