I wasn’t a fan of this. It just wasn’t my style. Wasn’t for me. It might be better suited for other people so I say give it a try and don’t not recommend it.

I found Rabbi Joshua Hammerman's book Mensch-Marks truly inspirational. Everyone can certainly benefit from his lessons on how to live your life with "menschlichkeit". I also now appreciate the respect that the term mensch actually imposes on those who are referred to by this name. Thanks #netgalley for letting me read this advanced copy of #MenschMarks. 4.5 stars!

This book contains the story of a rabbi coming to terms with his life, both in a professional and personal way. The book was more memoir and less advice, which can be good if both are linked well. In this case, they weren't. There are 42 short chapters about the author's life. I didn't find a lot of value from it but maybe that's just me. I know people who have enjoyed the book.

I received a free copy of this book from Netgalley. It doesn't impact my opinion in any way.
