This book works well as a stand alone despite it being part of a series. The jacket cover gives adequate description of the plot. Fun, interesting,intriguing characters who gallavant from Key West to Ireland. Some of their shenanigans are quite extreme, and nearly fantastical but that's the fun of a good book!

Great murder mystery. It keeps you guessing who did it. Lovable main characters. Takes you from Ireland to Key West, Florida . Really enjoyed this book. Can’t wait for the authors next book

Haskins twisted thriller includes plenty of red herrings and a long list of potential suspects with plausible reasons to commit murder...it's excellent escapist entertainment.
Highly recommended reading !

Unfortunately, this book is ruined by a nonsense plot about people doing stupid and highly unlikely things. I say unfortunately, because it's a very well written story, with very good dialogue and good characters. There's also too much concerning earlier books, so that it's not really a standalone.
