I love Tom Hanks and rom coms and when I saw the title of this one, I knew I had to read it. We follow Annie Cassidy as she navigates her small but happy life in Ohio, literally waiting for the love of her life to find her while she writes her own rom com screen play. When a movie is set to film in her town, she’s nervous but thrilled and everything goes from there. This got a little bogged down in “but he’s NOT EXACTLY LIKE Tom Hanks” moments but was really cute and funny all the way through for sure!
