While some of the advice offered maybe helpful for some like making small changes daily. If felt like the author was filling pages with stories that often went in various directions and didn't stay on course. It was frustrating especially when you want to get to the heart of the matter but take 5 detours to get to the point. There was so much missed potential in this book.

I found this book really helpful and have implemented many of the suggestions Ingo my every day life.

If it's too hard to make big changes, what happens when small changes are repeated over and over again? Life transformation or big changes in trajectory can be a result of tiny decisions day after day. Jansen encourages the reader to accept challenges by moving toward them incrementally. The stories, examples, and incentives mentioned make transformation seem not only possible but attractive.

Move forward, one small step at a time. Start by reading this book.

I like the concept of the book, but isn't a book I will likely recommend. The author meant well, but he got lost in the story telling and not enough meat. Maybe someone else would like it, but it was to basic for my taste.

The main concept of this book - make small changes daily in order to make significant transformations in your life - is sound. However, the author goes badly off track in this very short book as he tries to offer stories and advice on a too-wide range of topics. The advice is not bad, but he strays far off his main topic. Most of his wisdom is fairly basic for most adults. This would be a good book for high school or college students, but I think most mature adults would find the book rather thin.
