Another good book from Alison Bliss. This one was short and sweet. Two people who had broken up but not fallen out of love. The story was quick to read and enjoyable. It was fun to see them navigate their way along their new relationship

I loved this book. This is my first time reading Alison Bliss and it won’t be the last. A fun, lighthearted romance novella with a touch of steamy mixed in. While I’m not a fan of the steamy part,, it didn’t override or overrun the story. Quick read, great story.

I could not put this book down! It’s fun, sexy and truly delightful. I really enjoyed Brett and Sidney’s journey to rekindle the love that they once had. The chemistry between them is felt immediately and I could not help but want them to figure it out and get back together for the happily-ever-after they both deserved. I also enjoyed ‘visiting’ with past characters from the Perfect Fit series…..it was like a mini reunion of my favorite characters.

Meant to Be is the perfect balance between an entertaining story, fascinating characters and steamy sex scenes, and boy can Ms. Bliss write some down right steamy sex scenes! She has an impeccable talent of drawing the reader into the story with her words and at the end feeling completely satisfied.

I can’t wait to see what Alison Bliss has in story next, but I know without a doubt it will be fantastic!

Gah! I love Alison Bliss title sO much, and this was another great one! She;s an auto-big author for me, and I LOVED our heroine Sidney! The hero is a bit intense and broody, but they are the perfect match for a sweet and sexy second chance romance! I loved every page of this delightful rom-com!

Meant to Be: a Perfect Fit short story (A Perfect Fit #3.5) by Alison Bliss
I received this book from Netgalley for an honest review.
Oh man!! I was super excited to see over the top and overly controlling Brett get a novella.
He made things between Valerie and Logan super difficult so I liked seeing him crawl a little bit until…well dang it…..until I saw how sad he was without Sidney.
This novella is a quick but hilarious read between Brett and Sid. These two are so in love but Brett’s issues got in the way of their relationship. A new and improved Brett has crossed paths with Sidney, and he is all about showing her the new man he is.
I loved seeing him try to deal with seeing her dating and the guy she is dating….lol but I really loved Valerie playing matchmaker between the two knowing they needed a little push to finally admit how they feel. What I loved most about Sid is her fear of not being attractive enough for the man she loves. What woman doesn’t have insecurities??? She totally could be me or you. Which this is a quality I love about Alison’s writing. She writes real life people and real life issues we all have to deal with.
If you are a fan of the series, you will not be disappointed in the love story between the two.

Loved this book! Really enjoyed the characters Brett and Sidney, finished in one night as I couldn't wait to see how it ended. It is a must read if you enjoy romance and chick lit books!

This is a short nice read. A novella. A second chance between Sidney and Brett. I really enjoyed the flow of it. I wanted more.

I am sorry I never read any other books in this series. It would have been nice to have a bad story of Brett and Sidney. Because this was novella, I felt like it was a little rushed. It also made Brett seem like a angry dude. All the blame was on him for their relationship failures.

I received an advanced copy read in exchange for and honest review.

This is a very sweet story about a relationship that previously ended due to some control issues and over protectiveness that was over the top. It is a year later and Brett has gone to counseling and has worked on himself because deep in his heart he still loves Sidney. After avoiding Brett for a year she comes face to face with him when he stops to help her stranded on side of the road with a flat tire.

Brett shows Sidney that he has changed on several occasions. But is that enough to take the chance to get back together?

Really liked the characters and was sad when the story ended. Very enjoyable story!

A short but enojoyable read. A second chance romance for Sidney and Brett. Since they split up neither have moved on, and when they meet again will they take the chance to see how the other has changed?

Very short but passionate live story about growth and second chances. Perfect for readers with little time to read but who want a quick romanctic fix.

3.5 Second Chance Stars
A super quick light easy read, part of the Perfect Fit series, which by the way, I haven’t read. However, this did not impede my enjoyment of the story, it did mean I didn’t quite bond with the characters in the short space of time it took me to read this novella. A second chance romance following Sidney Larson and Brett Carmichael, as fate brings them together a year after their breakup. It would appear that they both haven’t moved on, and they both still have feelings for each other. The question is, can Sidney accept and trust that Brett is a changed man? Cute and sexy, this book filled a quiet hour in my day. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

*thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for this free copy in exchange for an honest review*

This short little novella was a quick read and rather enjoyable. The story features characters that have been previously written about in a different work but Alison does well with giving background to the characters and filling in the reader.

This was a nice little story about two people who used to date and then broke up a while later. But the last chapter and a half.....S T E A M Y. As someone who has only read a few (read: one) romance novels, I thoroughly enjoyed this one!

Having neved read anything from this series I have never had any encounters with Brett before. What I do know is why I tend to stay away from this type of genre. Not a fan of the big, bad, broody guy who saves the girl, who is worried that her ex won’t fancy her because she gained a couple of pounds!!! Not my cup of tea but power to everyone who loves it!
Thanks to netgalley though, much appreciated.

A short and sweet love story about two adorable exes who are still crazily in love with each other even after a year of breaking up. Although, I felt Brett was more invested in their relationship than Sidney was. The way he tries to make sure Sid is happy even if it's with someone else gave me fuzzy feels. And the last chapter had me cracking up. Brett is just too cute for his own good.
A super quick, fun read for a rainy afternoon!

I was privileged enough to receive an advanced reader copy of this book from NetGallery for a voluntary and honest review.
A great story that was hard to put down. It was fantastically well written. It was nicely paced. Perfect short story for a cold winter day!

I have been a fan of Alison Bliss's for awhile. I have been waiting to get Brett's story.

This book did an amazing job and showcasing just how far Brett has come from a previous book. He had some serious anger issues that he needed to take care of. It almost resulted in his sister disowning him but it did make him lose the love of his life.

This story picks up a year later when the two of them meet again. Sidney expects that Brett will be the same man she left and wants nothing to do with him. Brett desperately wants to show Sidney that he has changed and with therapy he is still working on it.

What I loved most about this story was you could tell the love was still there between these two. It was a true case of the heart wants one thing but the head is telling them another. Reading about them reconnecting and falling back in love was wonderful to read.

I adored this little novella. It was nice to see this short "couple with a past" story. I could have read an ANGSTY full length novel about them if I am honest. Seeing love stories about plus sized girls is always a plus.

Brett will take things to the extreme when he needs too, "Stupid effing console. Brett was prepared to rip the damn thing out of his truck right then and there..." This was a quick, fun read.
