This is a steamy love story. Chance is a navy seal who has returned home to care for his dying father. His father dies to soon from him leaving his Seal team and he is trying to find out what to do now. It doesn’t take long for him to come face to face with his high school sweetheart that broke his heart. Mandy is still angry after 12 yrs that Chance went into the Navy, feeling he was leaving her behind she broke up with him shattering their possible future together.

Mandy father has died leaving her the garage, but he also left gambling debts she was being forced to pay. It does not take long for Chance to see she is in trouble. There love from years ago sparks and they both struggle with forgiveness for the pain they caused each other.

Can Chance get Mandy’s garage out of the mess with the loan shark? Can they find a way forward with their relationship?

5 Star reviews are not something I normally provide for novella length books, but SEAL’s Homecoming (first book in Leslie North’s new SEAL & Veterans series) has everything a romance reader could possibly want. Great world building, an interesting back story and the undeniable angst and sexual tension that comes when faced with a lover from a decade pasted and lingering unresolved issues.

Chance and Mandy are engaging characters with strong personalities and deep emotions and painful memories of what could have been. Their parting was wounding, and left much unexplained; but the time that has passed since Chance enlisted and deployed overseas has done nothing to cool the combustible connection that was always a part of their lively relationship.

I loved everything about this book and the characters were definitely portrayed to perfection. I can’t wait the read both Harris and Lee’s stories.

This was a great start to a new series but an incredible author! I loved everything about this story. I guarantee you'll love it too!

When Chance sees a man demanding money, he gets a job in her garage to keep an eye on her. Chance comes up with a plan to get the loan shark off her but he has to go undercover for the FBI and find out who the main man is. Action, sex, and second chance at love. Sweet second chance military romance!!!!

In another amazing book by Leslie North we get taken on a second chance romance. It was a nice surprise to read a book wear the past isn’t the entire book. Explanations are given along the way but not the entire content of the book. Instead we get an incredible love story.

"The writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shocking moments." Leslie North with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines that are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

I really enjoyed this book and it kept me engrossed throughout. I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. This is a fun, hot, romantic must read book and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Chance and his brothers back home for their father's funeral. Now he is back home, he is not sure if he is ready to settle here. 10 years ago, Chance and Mandy was madly in love until he decided to join the Navy. Then she broke up with him and his heart was broken. Ever since then, he never have seen her until now. Is he ready to face her after all these years.
Mandy is drowning in his late father's gambling debt. She is barely making payments and one of bookie's goon is not letting her off easy. When she was being man handled by one of the goon, Chance happens to help her. She couldn't believe he is back and she isn't sure if she is ready to face him after all those years.
Both had their reasons for their break ups and now they have another chance at it. However, Mandy is facing more threats from bookies and Chance wants to help. Will they help each other and find their happily ever after.
It was quick read and I enjoyed Chance and Mandy's story. Since Chance has two more brothers. I can't wait to read about other brothers.

Fast paced and enjoyable read - looking forward to the rest of this series.

Twelve years ago when Chance McCallister joined the Navy he planned to take the love of his life with him. But when Mandy Loomis learned that he joined the Navy she broke up with him -- ripping his heart out. Now Chance and his two military brothers are back in town for their father's funeral. Seeing each other again it becomes quite obvious that there are still feelings between them and they really heat things up. But Mandy has some serious problems that she has been trying to handle on her own. Chance becomes aware of those problems and all of his SEAL training and skills are screaming to protect her. Chance does what a Navy SEAL does and handles business. Can't wait to read about the rest of the McAllister brothers!

Nice easy read. Chance has just returned to his hometown. He has retired from the navy and has just buried his father. He runs into his old girlfriend Mandy when he heads into garage to pick up parts for a car he's fixing up before he and his brothers head off on a road trip. Mandy is trying to keep the garage open he father's death has left her in enormous debt, her father owed money to a loan shark. The old feelings are still there and chance seized the opportunity to help her. This is a lovely read.

I just finished this book it was so thrilling and sexy. It was well written I can't wait to finish the series and read more by Leslie North

I think it's funny how people keep things from someone in order to keep them safe. Especially when they're the one person that can help to keep them safe instead.
Seals Homecoming, book one of this series is awesome. I can't wait to read Chance's brothers books.
