This was a very well written cookbook. I found the layout to flow well and the recipes were easy to understand and follow along to. I look forward to trying some of them out for my family.

This is a great book for those looking to follow a low carb or keto diet. The recipes are truly relatively simple (generally about 5-10 ingredients per recipe) and all can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Great recipes that should work for most families.

The very first thing I noticed when I got to the recipes, the ingredient list wasn't as long as your arm. I love how simple and easy some of the recipes look. I'm not too intimidated by trying out some of them.

There's the breakdown of keto in the beginning for newbies which is great. It's not too long or tedious so you can understand what you're getting yourself into. There's 7 chapters of recipes so everyone should find more than a few recipes to try. I would've liked more pictures in the book, only because I'm a visual person. But overall, there were several recipes I highlighted that I want to try. There is also variation, time saving and ingredient tips after some of the recipes. Each one has calorie and macro breakdown which is extremely helpful. This is a great cookbook for those that don't have a ton of time to cook. Quick and easy is where it's at!

I been a fan of quick-cooking since childhood. These days, and especially with some diets, the emphasis is on taking more time to cook. That can often keep folks away from the low-carb and other diets that will help them

i liked that this book had a simple introduction to the keno diet, I also liked that the recipes sounded delicious and looked easy.

A lot of these recipes sound really good and easy. Too bad there aren't too many pictures of the dishes though.

I liked the tips and other variations each recipe has.

Beginning of book does have a few outlines talking about keto which is always a nice refresher.
