Well now! There's just nothing quite like an enemies-to-lovers romance, now is there? Oh yes, an enemies-to-lovers that includes a moviestar crush!! That's two tropes in one folks!! I'm loving it!
Seriously, I cannot wait to see how Dax and Kailyn's relationship continues to develop. They have some great chemistry if they can work through the hard feelings from law school. I can't wait to read the rest of the book when it is released in April! If it continues on this path, it will be a winner for sure!
Thank you to NetGalley for this preview.

I am so excited for this book! In this preview, we get some laughs and some (sexual) tension plus it pulls hard on the heart strings.. It seems like a good mix of classic hilarious and sweet emotional Helena Hunting. I will definitely be purchasing this book when it is released in April.

This was a great start. In the first four chapters of "Meet Cute" we already have story that is charming, funny, endearing and heartbreaking. The two main characters are extremely likable and I already have questions that I want answers to. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the book!

Meet Cute by Helena Hunting actually seems, so far, like a really fun read. It fits well into the category of guilty pleasure reads, the sort of cheesy novel that you can pretty much guess the plot of from the very beginning. Starting with a meeting between the love interests during their Freshman year of law school, the story progresses with a time jump, many years later, when the story picks up. While I don't know if I'd say that the story matches the book's title, the novel definitely manages to capture your attention.
For the most part, I really enjoyed what I was able to read in this sample. It's definitely obvious that the character of Daxton is written by a woman as he doesn't feel quite real, but this doesn't really take away much from the novel as a whole. His voice feels similar to many romance novels, which can still be quite enjoyable. The pacing of the novel seems to be going well, taking some time to set up for the rest of the book but never dragging out too much. It's definitely a book I'll be looking to pick up in the future.

This was a short, quick, and easy read....and I loved every minute of it!
I told myself reading this preview would give me an idea if I wanted to buy the book upon release or not and all it did was make me want the finished copy even more than I did at first!
I love the characters Helena’s created and the premise of this story. I can’t wait for release day. I’ll have my copy with a warm cuppa and a thick blanket!

I received an extended preview of Meet Cute and it was so good! I want to pick this novel as my book club pick for April! I can't wait to be able to read the entire novel. The characters seem really interesting, and I am looking forward to reading more of the plot. Thank you for putting this preview together.
I will definitely be purchasing this novel when it comes out, and I will tell my friends to as well!

Thank you so much for the extended preview I cant wait until April to buy this book I will be taking it on my 2 week vacation. Seems like a really great spring read!

Great story, love when love interests from the past reappear as you never know what will happen. Really enjoyed reading and would like to see what happens next.

I'm a sucker for enemies-to-lovers so this is one of my most anticipated reads of 2019 so far. This brief preview has me hooked and I'm even more excited for the release date to get here so I can continue reading!

Thank you to netgalley for providing an extended preview of this book.
I thought I'd take a stab at this title even though my previous attempts at Hunting's books were not rousing successes. This one is the same unfortunately, and I am not inclined to finish reading the book upon publication.

I'm always up for a good hate-to-love/enemies-to-lovers story and based on the preview, that's where Meet Cute is headed. Kailyn runs into Daxton Hughes, an old law school nemesis, who she crushed on big time when he was a teen heartthrob. Now both practicing attorneys, Daxton enlists her help with a family matter. Similar vibes to Katie Heaney and Arianna Rebolini's Public Relations, but with more emotional heft than its ice cream shop cover lets on.
Meet Cute was already on my Most Anticipated List for 2019. Can't wait to read the rest.
