I really enjoyed this book. I’m a sucker for a Scottish romance and this book didn’t fail. The details were great and I could envision everything. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

Who can resist a romance set in the Scottish Highlands? Kelsey McKnight’s novel contains all of the elements of an engaging read with wedding shenanigans, Scottish castles, well-developed characters, and just the right amount of conflict to keep the readers on their toes. A fun and enjoyable read!

All the components for a good HEA....good storyline, strong characters, a wedding, and a great location! A girl travels to beautiful Scotland to be her BFF"s maid of honor and meets the BFF of the groom only to fall in love with a tall, handsome, rich member if the peerage. He's perfect until he isn't.......

This book was gifted to me by the publisher in return for an honest review.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Tule Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. I am not sure if this is part of a series of not. It reads as a stand alone, but could be a series. I liked the cast of characters. the setting is beautiful! Scotland... Nice I think most Romance readers would enjoy.n I give it 4 stars.

First off I'll have to admit I have a soft spot for books featuring Scottish men. What Happens in the Highlands by Kelsey McKnight is a super enjoyable sexy read. The characters, dialogue and storyline are spot on. This is another author going on my "Favorites" list.

What Happens in the Highlands by Kelsey McKnight. A new to me author. A fast paced great story with great characters, setting and storyline. Great start to a new series The What Happens series. I look forward to seeing what the next book brings to us.

Falling in love less than a week… yes a week! Not even a full seven days before Rose and Lachlan fell madly in love with each other which prompted the low rating. Seriously why must I be torture by this instant love?! There was barely anything real connection with lead characters and their encounters happened on day six during Rose ten day wedding excursion. The couple was boring and there wasn't any built-up. Moreso, I'm not sure if it was just me or not but I found her best friend Kate utterly annoying. She's so amped for the couple to fall in love, get married and settle down in Scotland with her. Like hold your breaks girl, they don't even know each other's last name and should I mention Rose is only there a little more than a week and you already have their nuptials planned. This series wasn't for me and I had to dropped this like it's hot by chapter 9 at 60%.
