Sadly I could not see this file in order to review this book. However the blurb is enough to entice me and I will look out for this in the shops to purchase myself, with a baby on the way I want her to grow up surrounded by books.

A collection of traditional nursery rhymes.

Stunning fabric art and embroidery make up the illustrations in this book.

This is a great collection of mother goose rhymes without elaborate pictures so it would be ideal for reading to infants who would be too young to enjoy illustrations.

This is the most beautiful and perfect gift for a new born baby and his or her parents. The rhymes will fill many readers with nostalgia and the cross stitch illustrations are simply divine. It's something I want to stockpile for upcoming births... And maybe keep one for myself.

This book is adorable! As soon as I got approved, I downloaded my copy and read it with my baby. I really wish I had a physical copy because he kept reaching out and wanting to touch the cute "illustrations". I use quotation marks there because the illustrations are actually little embroidered scenes and figures. It's a gorgeous book.

It also contains all the major nursery rhymes. My baby seemed most drawn toward the classics like "The Wheels on the Bus" and "Itsy Wincy Spider", though I have to make a minor complaint that it should either be "Itsy Bitsy" or "Incy Wincy", in my personal opinion. Not a big deal, though. I like how this is a great book for even really young babies, as they're not required to follow a story and can just enjoy the rhythm of the songs. But I'm sure my three year old will enjoy it also.
