It’s a beautifully done illustrated book, one you want to have if you are in a spiritual journey or in help of some soul searching. I loved the color palette, very soothing. Made me remember autumn leaves. Highly recommended

This is such a darling diary! Sometimes you need a beautiful book to record your thoughts. I love that this workbook/journal has everything already laid out in such a gorgeous format. It is full color and encompasses several areas of thought related to happiness and self-care. If you are looking for a comforting and uplifting happiness diary, this is it! I will be buying the physical copy of this title when it is released!

This is a beautiful book! I loved all the images and designs on each page. It was inviting and made me what to complete the lists and exercises the book suggested. This would also be a wonderful gift to give or receive as it is the sort of book that anyone can benefit from.

A beautiful, colourful and interactive book. It allows for people to write directly into the book and encourages reflective and active thoughts to improve moods.

The Happiness Diary provides advice and exercises on how to develop happiness in all areas of our lives. It contains some thought-provoking questions and I think the book could help people focus on being more positive. It is also beautifully illustrated.

A great journal for mindfulness beautiful illustrations, easy to follow tasks, projects, meditation ideas. This is a wonderful little book the downside is I got an ebook so I can’t fill it in ! So I’ll have to buy a copy to really follow what I’ve learned and start my own journey
