I was expecting something better than a series of clothes that look all the same and only a very very thin woman can wear without risking to look like a potato sack, but the textiles are nice.

I am a keen crafter, maker and sewist so I was very excited to see a new sewing book on the market. I won't, however, be buying this book nor can I recommend it. The patterns are incredibly dated and incredibly shapeless. Whilst the instructions have diagrams they are not accessible or easy to follow. Unfortunately, I was left uninspired and underwhelmed.
