Did not realize this was a graphic comic when I asked for it. This is an uncomplicated story-line about a bridge faliure and the engineer, Irons, who figures it all out. Unlike recent superhero comics with a gazillion bad guys, this story follows Irons as he solves mystery after mystery in a straightforward fashion. Irons himself is emotionally complicated but the reader is able to follow him without difficulty. This is a very short read, 66 pages, and was a fun time filler.

Not a favourite with me. I enjoyed the art and the characters but the technical aspects about the bridge and the boats were just a bit too dry for me. There was just too much technical stuff and I ended up losing interest. I dont think there is anything wrong with the comic and other people will probably enjoy it much more than I did.

My favorite thing about this book was the art and the fact that the main character was really unlikable. The characters, in general, were compelling and it makes for a very short read, perfect for when you just want something short and interesting.
Thank you to Net Galley and Europe Comics for this ARC.

An interesting if unsurprising mystery. The illustrations/art were competent, though I expected something a little more focused on the bridges.

Another interesting graphic novel. There was nothing too amazing about it, but it did keep my interest until the end.

I'm' not exactly sure how to review a graphic novel... I liked this. The story was well told. The characters were pretty well crafted. The artwork was good. I didn't think anything about it stood out. This was a good medium for the story, and I thought it well executed overall. 3.5 rounded up to 4,

I really appreciate the copy for review!

I would definitely read the next volume! This was seriously interesting- Roulot's writing grabs your attention from the first sentence and Brahy's panels set each scene perfectly. Jack is the kind of person I really enjoy reading about- no lies and no frills, just interesting layers to get through.
