Interesting reading but only to be taken with a large pinch of salt. Modern medicine should not be dismissed out of hand.

This made very interesting reading, I guess lots of common sense together with things we already know/have read before. Very thought provoking.

I read this book on a whim. I’m not sure if it’s true, but the advice provided is certainly echoed in medical journals and many health professionals around the world.

Sehr aufbauende, inspirierende Geschichte über einen Krebsüberlebenden, gepaart mit kraftvollen Meditationen. Klingt noch lange nach dem Lesen nach.

Fascinating short book that is the tale of a man who beat cancer by eating only animal protein and lots and lots of mediation. I think we are only starting to realize how a ketogentic diet and the mind/body connection really can cure disease. Very interesting and thought provoking. I recommend to anyone interested in alternative medicine.

I had read a previous book by this author and really enjoyed it, and feel the same about this book.
Dis-ease, illness, dis-ability and addressing and healing all require a mindset that is more inclusive than current western medical practice includes. Dr. Altshuler understands this and embraces a new approach.

I am envious of the ability to trust and afford to go to Nepal for so much time. I have no doubt that were we able to take advantage of this many would be healthier.

Good info, pick and choose what resonates with you.

A very interesting book that describes the healing of metastatic lymphoma in a wealthy Russian executive who travels to Nepal as a last resort. Here, he learns the importance of having a true purpose in life as well as the benefits of diet and meditation. At the Nepalese clinic, the physician, Master Bisahal, works with the patient individually for 3 months at which time, the patient is cured and and his progress followed from abroad for an additional 18 months, at which time this book was written.
The meditations are unusual but powerful and effective and the diet, tailored to the individual, has the patient avoiding sugar, fasting some days, and eating yak meat on others. What's important appears to be avoiding excesses that trigger inflammation.
The meditations are designed to have the patient experience gratitude for all he has and look inside himself while simultaneously balancing his chakras. This is a short but powerful book that I received from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review.

I loved this book. I think everyone should have it on his nightstand. It is short and full of good advices. Thank you Dr. Leonid Altshuler for sharing with us this story. Very inspiring.
I love the simplicity of this book. It’s written in very easy language, so anybody can understand exactly what to do and what not to do. I like all the 4 meditations that are introduced for us to perform every day.

Thank you to NetGalley and publisher for a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

The author's insights on cancer were intriguing to me. I definitely found this book to be interesting and one that will spark conversations about utilizing these methods with traditional treatment.

Thank you Doctors for writing this book and sharing this helpful information with the world. Having been in the health care business for 40 years, I wish we could see more of this type of care in traditional medicine. Your words were very inspiring and the advice you shared would be beneficial to anyone with or without cancer.
Well written book and fast read.
