This is a really informative book and recommended for anyone wanting to understand the impact of lifestyle on wellbeing and greater health. I read this a number of years ago and have just revisited it . It was good to reread and an important reminder to care for our health and to be aware of how our daily habits can impact our longevity.

This book is very complex and unlike many diet and nutrition books full of a lot medical facts to back to their findings which is a nice change. This book feel authoritative and has many tricks and changes you can easily make to improve your health. Well worth a read Oh and watch the YouTube link!.

Couldn't download this so I can't really review it. Seems really interesting though, sounds like something I would check out.
