I was drawn to Orchid because of Tom Morello’s involvement, and while it’s not the type of graphic novel I usually pick up, I ended up really enjoying it. The sci-fi dystopian setting was gritty and intense, with a world that felt both chaotic and sharply imagined. I liked how the story centered on a character who’s been written off by society but starts to push back against the system. It’s a rough, rebellious kind of read with a strong sense of anger and hope and it definitely left me curious to see where the story goes next.
