I read Caregiving by Sharon Wegscheider-Cruse and Patrick Egan because giving & receiving care is part of my life experience. This book is a thoughtful, excellent resource for the caregivers among us & reading it will make you feel less alone Much of the book focuses on aging relatives & that was the lens through which I viewed this book, having watched that happen in my own family. The book resonated with me & I think that it is an excellent resource to draw on before & during the caregiving phase of your life.
