A great deal of the advice given was idiotic and based on pseudoscience. No thank you, I'll find better advice for more intelligent sources.

Some of the tips are genius, some are cheesey. Some I'm well past because of the age of my kids, but I enjoyed the read anyway. I could have used it in my younger days, and would happily pass this on to some of the new moms I know.

I'm coming at this book from the perspective of someone who doesn't yet have children. For first-time moms who really are clueless this seemed like a great consolidation of some complex and important issues.

Thank you Netgalley for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
While this book shares many good hacks I felt it was too packed with dense information to truly be a "hack". Perhaps including pictures would help make this more attractive to readers who are looking for quick ways to improve their health and mental state.

I received this book free from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.
Thanks NetGalley!

This book was interesting. I don't know that I would consider this an useful book for veteran moms / moms with multiple children. I have two children myself, and it wasn't all that educational for me.

Great book on mom hacks! It was an easy read and a good reference book- you can always come back to read the sections you need. It was insightful and encouraging. You DON'T have to be super mom. I really appreciated the section on 'mom guilt" too.

As a mom to a newborn and a four-year-old, I really enjoyed this one. I read a lot of parenting books, and Dr Darria's book was very encouraging, relatable and insightful while offering practical ways to take care of ourselves and our families. I liked that this book was easy to read. It serves as a reference guide to return to in the future, and I will definitely be pulling this one out again and again. This is a must-read for mamas who are feeling overwhelmed.
