Absolutely loved this novel! Excellent character development, the storyline was fluid and kept me in suspense and wanting to learn more about the characters.

A good legal book about helping victims of sexual abuse come forward and get their perpetrators done for their crimes.

Thank you for accepting me to read this book. I wasn't sure what to expect as I am not familiar with this authoress but the story sounded like something I would enjoy. First, I don't consider this a mystery/thriller but women's fiction with a dash of intrigue. I didn't love this book but I liked most of it. The characters are rather flat and not really all that interesting but the potential is there to change that if this becomes a series which it appears that it might based on the title heading.
I liked the story for the most part but it needed a better way to acknowledge that this takes place over 3 years time. It just starts a new chapter or section with a bit about a new college semester or a birthday looming without calling attention to the time jump.
I am not sure if this is an unedited edition because it does not say when it's downloaded but I hope that it is because it is definitely in need of some serious editing.
I will look into a new book somewhere down the line if this does continue as a series because as I said I think it has great potential.

Erin Sampson accepts an invitation to the senior prom and just hours later regrets every moment of it. She was sexually harassed and it's not so long after that night, that she hears he has escalated from harassment to something even worse.

She's now working in her Aunt's law office while going to college and she hears other young women talk about the very same guy. Whoever he dates is expected to do whatever he wants. He has the attitude of the elite.... his father is a very important person in their community, lots of money and privilege.

Erin wants nothing more than to take this guy out of commission .... end the terror and protect the other women he has harassed .. and worse.

But he knows what Erin is trying to do ...and he threatens her. Hours later, her best friend is kidnapped.

This is a well written tale of a young woman on the brink of adulthood who takes the tiger by the tail in order to see justice done. The characters are okay ... but Erin is almost too good to be true. There is some suspense in waiting to see if justice will be served.

Many thanks to the author / Wild Rose Press / Netgalley for the digital copy of BLOOMING JUSTICE. Opinions expressed here are unbiased and entirely my own.
