I didn't love this story, I thought that I would enjoy it more but it fell a bit flat to me. I couldn't connect with the characters and plot

Actually, I am surprised at this story. It is definitely MC-lite. Not a lot of a MC action and not all of the roughness of motorcycle clubs I come to expect from Ms. Fernando’s books. It is a very nice and sweet story of young love. My favorite parts were Sky with Hammer and their relationship. Those were poignant and emotional. As usual, Ms. Fernando pulls out all of the guns at the end of the story. I need stock in tissue.

If you like you can read Leading the Witness since Hunter is mentioned but you don’t need to read anything to follow this book.

This book somewhat reminds me of the Wind Dragon MC series which I loved. I love the father daughter relationship between Hammer and Skylar even if he did make some mistakes. Saint was a total biker, he was totally an alpha but he was sweet with Skylar, his one true love. The way they reconnect was different but so cute in its own way. I love the bond in the MC and how they accepted/re-connected with Skylar. But the connection between Tory and Skylar was the best to read.

I will say that although I did enjoy this book, the dynamic in this book was odd. Skype and her relationships either with her family or friends seemed like fillers if that makes sense. For instance, Skylar and her relationship with her 5 brothers, that was just odd there was no love lost there and they didn’t seem to really take interest in her until she went looking for them. Another example, her best friend, Shauna, who we never learn more about but had a big influence in her life. Also her mother is just disgusting (basically a offense against nature) and I’m surprised how it ended for her.

There is a heartbreaking moment in this book so be prepared for that.

I am looking forward to more books in this series.

I would love to know who Temper ends up with. Perhaps Renny and Isabella? Maybe Dee and Maryanne?

I have been a hardcore fan of this author for a long time. I loved her two previous MC series with all my heart, so I was overly excited when this new MC series was announced. She did NOT disappoint! Saint is a story about second chances and it never being too late to go home. We first meet best friends Skylar and Saint as a 16-year-old club princess and a 21-year-old prospect. For deeper reasons than are initially disclosed, Skylar is forced to leave the MC and grow up in a loveless household. She lives a mundane paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle until she receives a letter from Saint and decides it might be time to go home. Slowly, Skylar re-acclimates herself to the MC lifestyle and gets reconnected with her family, including Saint, the love of her teenage life. Old club drama and rivalries quickly make a reappearance and Skylar finds herself in danger from more than one trusted person in her life. It all boils down to whether blood is thicker than water and whether one really has to be related to be family, and there were so many unpredictable twists and turns that I just couldn't put the book down! The author builds such a vivid background of the world the characters are living in and the description and personality given to each main and supporting character is so well thought out. I fell in love with this entire club the minute I met each of the members, and I cannot wait to read more about them. I sometimes run across MC romance authors who repeat the same stories and love scenes over and over in each series, just with a fresh character and new location, but I have never found that to be the case with this author. There is never a moment where I've found myself comparing any of her characters across the different series and that's one of the reasons I will read everything and anything she writes - because I know I'll be getting a fresh story and idea every single time. I'd give this book more than 5 stars if I could!

Saint is a new series about a motorcycle club and Saint is one of its members. Really though Skylar is the main focus of the book from beginning to end. You see her as a young girl growing up in the club and really looking at her stepfather Hammer as her father, he is also the club president. All is going well until her she is a teen and her mother and Hammer get into a fight and she is told to pack and leave. The story picks up a few years later with her working and then receiving some letters from Saint. Sometime after this, she decides to move back to that town just to see what is going on. The rest of the story is good with her and Saint, her and her brothers, she goes to school. There’s a lot of action and where there is action her mother is always around. There were a few surprises at the end that made this a good read. Good characters and overall a good book.

Chantal Fernando has written about the Irwon Wraiths MC and the daughter of one of the founders who leaves the club. Her youthful infatuation with one of the members, aka SAINT. What follows is the story of how they finally came together but with a twist that may end up with murder.

Although I am not fond of MC fiction, as I believe it to be too violent and cannot quite get the appeal, our review team loved this book and so did those who follow our pages.

Her writing is well done and edited and I would recommend this book to someone who enjoys this genre.

A Big Hit!!!

This is the first of the Knights of Fury MC series and it was a total hit!! Skylar had grown up in the MC with the only father she ever knew who happened to be the Prez of the Knights. Hammer and Skylar had a great relationship while her mother was a woman who looked out for herself more than anything. At a young age Sky had a huge crush on Saint who was one of the bikers at the clubhouse but he knew that their 5 year age difference was something he didn’t want to mess with if he valued his life. Saint and Skylar did have a bond made from friendship though. At age 16 Sky’s mom and Hammer had a falling out with her mom taking Sky from the only family she ever knew.

Five years later and its finally time that Sky goes back to the clubhouse to see why everyone who said they loved her never came to find out how she was doing. Sky had a rough life with her mother not helping one bit when she turned 18. Now back in the city and at the clubhouse she is learning many of the secrets that her mother had kept from her. Saint no longer has to worry about their age difference and those two take off from there. Their connection from earlier turns into so much more and the chemistry they had was hot!

This story is full of twists and turns and has your heart both soaring and breaking. This was an excellent book that I couldn’t put down. Great characters and I can’t wait to read what’s next in this series!!

School girl crush turned opportunity for love!?! Saint - he is not but what a catch! If you aren't upset by the whole MC thing...😉

Saint is the start of the Knights of Fury series. Start with the sexy and sweet and lead us into Renny's story...Though I had been hoping for Temper to be next. I just hope Renegade is going after the woman next door!

We shall see....

This was a cute, easy to read story, that I ended up getting through in less than a day. The storyline was good, intriguing and had me flipping pages so I could see what happened next. The writing was really good and flowed seamlessly. There were a few parts where it was a little repetitive but that was easily overlooked.

I really liked Skylar’s character. I loved how the story started out with a ten year old Skyler and then jumped to a sixteen year old Skylar and then to present day Skyler, five years later. She grew up with the Knights of Fury MC up until the age of sixteen when her Mom forced her to leave with her and leave that world behind. She left behind a father figure, Hammer, who had been there for her since she was a baby. She also left behind Saint. Saint was older and off limits but they had this amazing connection even though she knew nothing could ever come of it, she thought about him all the time. I loved reading about this early crush and it took me back to the days of those young crushes that I once had.

Sky and Saint’s reunion was just the sweetest. I loved everything about him. He was amazingly awesome and so HOT! Their connection was still there but now that they are both older it’s even more intense and he definitely wasn’t thinking of her as the Prez’s little girl anymore. I loved seeing their relationship grow.

This book shows that you don’t have to be blood related to have a family. The secrets of what happened five years ago that led to her Mom fleeing eventually comes out and OMG I could not believe what had happened. I swear I shouted WTAF when I read what happened.

Overall a really good read that would be perfect for the beach or rainy day read. This is the first book of Chantal Fernando’s that I’ve read but won’t be my last.

There are a lot of things I really enjoyed about Saint, and I am excited to read more in this series. My small issue with it is that I had a hard time connecting with Saint and Skylar's romance. I needed a little more insight into how their feelings developed, because it seemed as though they suddenly went from being friendly acquaintances while Skylar was a teenager to steadfast loves when she was an adult and they had not seen one another in years. I need a little more emotion to make their relationship feel more believable.

Saint is the first in a new MC series Knights of Fury. Skylar and Saint’s story has many subplots in it to keep the story moving at a fast pace. There is a monster in this story and you will not believe who it is or why. Looking forward to Renegade’s story.

A great start to this new series, it has wonderful dynamics with all the characters. Saint was amazing, he was sweet, kind, and sexy all wrapped into one. Skylar was strong and fierce and knew her own mind. I look forward to the next book in the series.

I love Sky and Saint
This book was fast paced but it was well written and explained. I'm a big fan of this author and can't wait for more.

I voluntarily received a copy of this production from NetGalley for an honest review!

Chantal did it again. After reading another biker series by her I was extremely excited to see this up for grabs. I must say it is amazing.
Strong characters, plenty of back story mixed with outstanding sex appeal. I’m a huge fan.

This was a little sad and scary at times but it kept me want more and and more. I love Sky and Saint....let’s not forget Temper and Hammer....bikers are so much fun.

The ending gave us the greatest glimpse into the future, which I of course love!

So if you enjoy a little bit of action, a lot of loving, some drama, and of course bikers this is just what you should try!

From the moment they met Sky and Saint had a connection, one that could be felt bone deep, but with her younger age, and the fact that her father would kill him if he made any sort of move in her direction, Saint kept things purely in the friend zone.

But now is a completely different story, five plus years have passed, and she is old enough to make her own decisions, and she wants a shot with him. He has waited a long time for her and he doesn't plan on letting anything or anyone get in their way. Little do they both know, danger is lurking, and Sky is their target.

I have no doubt that readers will love this newest offering from Ms. Fernando! Within it's pages Saint comes brimming with heart-string tugging emotion that'll squeeze the heart in all the right places, and a touch of mystery that'll have you on the edge of your seat! I loved meeting this couple, their story had me mesmerized from beginning to end, and their chemistry was downright sizzling, I felt the heat between them simmering consistently page after page. This well crafted page-turner kicks off the new Knights of Fury series, and if this is any indication of what is to come, I know there will be more good reading up ahead. I highly recommend you get your hands on this one, it has everything you'd want in a story... and much, much more!

I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, via NetGalley, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

Love!

They were friends YEARS ago when she lived with her mother and Hammer, the club President, before they broke up. But he was 5 years older then her. Now, she is 21 and they are free to date and be together. Too bad it took Saint going to prison before he reached out to her.

I don't want to say anything more in fears of ruining this one....
Just know I felt this story was a bit different from a usual MC story. Yes, there is action and a love story between a couple, but there is also a love story between a father and daughter. And some extra drama you wouldn't expect.

I highly recommend this story!

ARC received via Netgalley for an honest review..
Saint (Knights of Fury MC ) is book 1 in the new MC Series by Chantal Fernando.. MC's are my downfall.. I just love them.. I absolutely love Chantal's writing.. I sat down and had this book done in a matter of just a couple hours.
Saint and Sky are just perfect.. Skylar grew up in the MC world.. her mama was dating Hammer the President of the Knight of Fury MC - then one day they are not and Skylar is being drug out of the clubhouse.. never to see them again.. Fast forward 5 yrs.. Skylar is now 21 and is living in the country with her roomie (Max) and I just love this guy... and working at a local coffee shop.. When Sky gets a letter from her first love/crush Saint.. What is she going to do.. will she write back?

This is a must read.. and I cant wait to read more on the rest of the guys..

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book in regards to whether this was going to be a darker MC read or something on the lighter side. It was in the middle. There were certain things alluded to but for the most part, this MC was more in tune with their emotions. I did like how the relationship between Skylar and Saint progressed from friends to lovers. I enjoyed Saint more than Skylar in regards to his personality. Skylar at times drove me nuts with how she would get upset that people didn't do the things the way she felt they should have.

Hammer was my favorite of the whole story. His love and devotion was everything that I imagine a rough Biker to be in regards to having a daughter. One of the things that did drive me nuts about this story was the mother. No one seemed to ever truly stand up to her including Skylar's brothers. Blocking her number or removing all contact with her seemed out of character especially for a previous old lady. Generally, there would have been repercussions in an MC romance. However, that could also be because I was expecting more of the 1% type of MC book and this was definitely not that.

Good, quick read. Skylar has had crush on Saint since she was a child. Circumstances tear them apart and force them back together a few years later. Fast paced, steamy story line. I also really like the supporting MC characters. I love stories like this- I just wish we saw more build up of their relationship when they were younger. Great start to thew series!!!

"If jealousy is that burn in your chest and that feeling of dread in your stomach, then yeah, I've got that."

"Happiness is the wind in my hair and a road trip leading to a fresh start."

"This is where I've always meant to be, this is fate, and this man is my soul mate."

From the moment I laid eyes on this book, I just knew I had to read it. I mean, not only was the cover fantastic, but the synopsis drew me in. I haven't read a biker book for a while, so I was more than ready to check this book out.

Saint follows the story of Saint and Skylar. Skylar has had a crush on Saint for as long as she can remember. The only problem was that she was five years younger. So, as much as she felt the pull, she and Saint could never be. Skylar thought she'd always live the MC life, that is until her mom took her away. It will be five years before Skylar is reunited with not only Saint, by her Knights of Fury family. The chemistry between Skylar and Saint burns hotter than ever and now that Skylar is an adult, all bets are off. Saint is everything that Skylar has always wanted and there is nothing Saint wouldn't do to protect those he loves. And when Skylar is found in a dangerous situation, she can only hope that Saint will rescue her before it's too late....

Overall, I found this story to be a really enjoyable read. I liked Skylar. She was loyal to her MC family and has been doing the best she could without them. She's sassy, and super smart. She loves big and loves hard. And then we've got Saint. Saint is far from perfect, but is as loyal as they come. There isn't anything he wouldn't do to protect the ones he loves and Skylar. He's fierce and protective, but has a lot of secrets he's keeping close to his chest. Together these two were a smokin match. I loved their chemistry and their banter. I loved the moments where Saint was oh, so sweet, and then the next he was a total alpha male. Now, I will be honest with you, Skylar did get on my nerves sometimes. She jumped to a lot of conclusions and let her inexperience and immaturity show. Those moments really frustrated me, but I was able to look past it and just enjoy the ride.

Saint kicks off this new series to a really good start. I thought the characters were great and their story certainly sucked you in. I loved the suspense and danger, as well as the steaminess and romance. I loved the twists that kept me on edge and wondering what was going to be thrown at us next. Even though I did have some issues with this book, I think this series has a ton of really good potential and I look forward to checking out the next book in this series.
