As someone who suffers from depression and anxiety, I could certainly identify with this book. It was written clearly and concisely with a two step process to help alleviate symptoms. Whilst I know I will never find a cure I am always open to trying new techniques, and sometimes just reading an example of someone else's anxiety, knowing that is exactly how you feel, can help.

As someone who deals with anxious thoughts on a regular basis, I was really looking forward to reading Freedom from Anxious Thoughts and Feelings. The techniques introduced are doable and satisfactory and I will definitely continue use of the key elements in this book. A lot of the book was quite technical. I enjoy a more relaxed format.

This is a great book, whether you have anxiety or not, it’s very interesting and has some good advice. They follow mindfulness and a new approach they’re calling the “two screen approach” which is very understandable. I would recommend this book to all that have anxiety and if you know someone who suffers, this book could help both of you....you to understand what the sufferer is going thru and them to try a little self help. Enjoy!!! :))

I found this book to be interesting and those suffering from OCD or anxiety might give this book a try. The author presents a two step process to try to help calm your thoughts.

This book is based on mindfulness, a topic that is all over the news and social media these days. The book focuses on the Two Screen Method, a mental device to help the reader learn to stop intrusive thoughts. It gives some practical, concrete steps to use in dealing with worry. It doesn't just rely on breathing techniques, as many mindfulnesses exercises do. I'm not sure that these would work for everyone, but if you battle with anxiety, it may be worth giving these techniques a try. Things can also be used to deal with depression and possibly OCD, as well. If you struggle with these issues, it may be worth your while to check out this book, especially if other mindfulness practices haven't worked well for you.
