Great read. Well-developed characters. Easy to follow storyline with low drama. Would highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to pass a couple of hours.

I have tried several times to read this book, but every time I just can't seem to get into the story and I always end up putting it down.

Drakon Jericho Drake, the child of a pure-blood dragon and human, has a simple plan: Kill the leader of the Knights of the Dragon and start a war. Except, when he meets his target, Karina Azarov, she can’t remember who she is. Worst of all––he can’t kill her. His dragon side has just claimed the dangerous woman as his mate. Karina has no idea why these Drakon’s have taken her to their home. And she most certainly does not understand why she’s so drawn to her captor. Maybe because he’s strong, intelligent, and caring, in his enigmatic sort of way. One thing she knows, he’s not going to hurt her. If only she could remember something from her past that would explain why these Drakon’s hate her so much. But if her memory returns, mated or not, he may get his war.. And one of them will die.
This was a great story that had me from the beginning. I loved both characters and loved following them as they went through their journey together. I can’t wait to read the other books in the series. I highly recommend.

Interesting plot and enough magic to keep the reader intrigued. But the characters were pretty bland. Katrina is the leader of the dragon knights and yet she acted so weak and naive. Jericho discovers she's his mate and turns all alpha around her even though she's the enemy. Wishing they had more chemistry and banter.

Another great addition to this series. Karina Azarov finally gets her story told in more detail, and we are introduced to four new growly, gorgeous alpha Darkons; Jericho, Sadiq, Enoch and Khalil.

If there was a way to win her love, to gain her trust, he would do it...

And sparks fly when the woman you perceive to be your biggest enemy, turns out to also be your mate!

"I can't trust myself around you... I want to believe you... but I can't be objective."

Hopefully that means we will be getting another couple of books from N. J. Walters so they have their stories told as well.

Once again I dive in midway through a series at book 7 having not read any of the series. But with this book? You totally don’t need to have read any of the others- you can jump straight in, and that is the mark of a good series in my opinion!

Our hero is a Drakon (think shapeshifting dragon) and he is out to destroy a company that have been targeting their kind. He sets out to assassinate their leader... until he finds that she is his mate. Enter our heroine who is in an accident instead of assassination and she wakes with no memory of who she was but also totally kidnapped by 4 giant guys who look like bad ass bikers.

Gimme gimme gimme an anti-heroine! I just kinda wished she didn’t go down the amnesia route for redemption (but that’s just me personally) because it did work with the story. The hero and his confusion is written well- how could he be mated with someone who is actually a terrible person and yet he also wants her badly? The storyline worked for this book but overall for me it was just meh.

The cover is mysterious and beautiful.

This is the 7th book in this series. It is not necessary to read the books in order, but you may find you want to read them in order because characters do pop up from previous books. I know I like when you know the history and who’s who. This is for adults only due to the steamy content and violence.

Jericho has a plan that they have under way, but fate has different plans. Karina doesn’t know who she is, but she knows she isn’t a good person or at least she wasn’t. She is trying to figure out who she is, and Jericho is trying to figure out how to handle what is going on. There is secrets and treachery afoot. This book grabbed my attention, and I couldn’t put it down. I love this new group of drakons. They are brothers of the heart. This book had plenty of drama, action, and secrets. I can’t wait to read more about them, and to see what the bad guys do next.

I highly recommend to all dragon shifter fans because this world has everything you want! N.J. Walters writes an awesome world that I love getting lost in! I love my trips into her world! I need more!

When all the original brothers ended up matched up with their mates, I sadly thought that was the last I would see of this wonderful world. Lucky for us - there are more drakons out there! I mean, it's bad for them, because it means that they haven't yet met their brothers and realized how awesome they all are, but we'll get there.

Jericho is a member of his own little family. Grouped together in a company, which just happens to be a group of mercenaries for hire, he's made his own way in this world. They're bikers, they're tough, and they have a mission that they are all too happy to complete - kill the leader of the Knights of the Dragon. We've been watching this overall story unfold by seeing the political scrambling happening with the Knights. All their plans go up in smoke (haha, get it? They're drakons) when Jericho immediately recognizes Karina (leader of the Knights) as his mate.

Karina has more going on than we knew. I think we can all agree that she should have been killed, knowing what we knew going into this book. Of course, nothing is ever that clear or straightforward in their world. There is a lot going on in the first half of this book - motives are all called into question and Karina is somewhat absolved of her actions prior to meeting these drakons. I think each of the brothers represents a way we handle this news - skeptical, accepting, and/or with outright hatred. It's unfair! I mean, I got there, but it seems unfair overall.

Of course, we get a lot of Knights drama, a lot of smutty happy times, and the usual misunderstandings and martyrdom. In the end, though, we get to watch all the worlds collide in a fabulous way. I guess we have even more stories headed our way, and I'm happy for that!

DRAKON'S KNIGHT will have you wondering how this story line could even work and finding yourself loving every minute of it.

If you have followed the Drakon series by author N.J. Walters you no doubt understand the evil Karina Azarov has dealt the Drakon population, even her own sister's lover. And only Ms. Walters would come up with a tale that is filled with all the "what ifs" that come to mind as the reader gets enthralled once again with this world.

If you want action, drama, a steamy romance, mystery, danger, intrigue and dragons (or better yet drakons), then you will love DRAKON'S KNIGHT

Mated or not, if Karina gets her memory back, Jericho may get his war… and one of them will die.

This ‘Blood of the Drakon story is a wonderfully suspenseful and emotionally gripping star-crossed romance that holds readers in its grip right from the start. The chemistry between Jericho and Karina is off the charts hot while the romance is sweet but filled with many obstacles due to Karina’s memory loss. The emotional turmoil is also off the charts as Jericho has to fight with dragon over whether to claim Karina because consequences could be devastating and Karina’s angst has two parts – the first due to her memory loss and all upheaval that comes from being attracted to her capture, but more emotional angst comes from betrayal and secrets that come unraveled as her memory starts to return.

This fast paced story is full of nail biting suspense that truly holds readers in a kind of suspended animation as they await the outcome of Jericho’s so called simple plan and his attraction to the enemy which of course is complicated due to his brothers in arms’ emotional outrage at the delay in their plan. Readers can’t help but enjoy this overcoming of all odds romance where reaching for a happily ever after could prove to be disastrous.

DRAKON’S KNIGHT is an intense, action-packed addition to the Blood of the Drakon series that brings the two most powerful enemies together to face off at last. Only. Karina has no idea of who she truly is. And Jericho’s plan for the greatest enemy of the Drakon gets a major hitch when he discovers that his enemy is his mate. A mate who has no idea of who she is, what she’s done or why she’s been the most ruthless of Knights hunting the Drakon.

Karina’s and Jericho’s story has the feel of the final story to me – although I have no idea at this time if that is true for there are other stories that I’d hoped to be told before the ending. Time will tell on that.

There are several twists in DRAKON’S KNIGHT, beyond the mate discovery that kept me turning pages. There is also fast, intense action and a love story being unfolded between two enemies with the future on their shoulders. I enjoyed returning to this world. Magic, mates, and battles abound as well as some surprises along the way. If you love a good Paranormal Romance, especially Shifter Romance then you’d enjoy this series. I hope this isn’t the end, but if it is I’ve had a blast in this world and would definitely recommend the entire series.

Drakon's Knight was my first book by N. J. Walters and I loved it. Jericho and Karina are amazing, well developed characters. I also loved his best friends and can't wait to read their stories. I'm also going back to the beginning because I really want to read the first books about Drakons

I loved this book and would recommend it to someone who wants a book they couldn't put down. The emotions of the characters are believable and the personalities are multi-dimensional. The chemistry between the lead characters is steamy and exciting.
I need more of Walters.

Drakon’s Knight book #7 of N. J. Walters’ Blood Of The DraKon series, was a fun book. It took me a while to complete, to a lack of interest in the characters. I am going to blame not reading this series from the beginning. N. J. Walters tried to give as much back story as possible.

Drakon’s Knight has a nice plot. Maybe, if it was a little longer, I may have even bonded with the characters.  If your looking to start this book, take my advice and read this series in order....because I will.  Overall Drakon's Knight was a good paranormal romance.

First of all, I LUUURRRRVVVEEE DRAGONS!!! Anyone who has read my reviews know that I love these beautiful and dangerous beings to pieces. Who doesn't love a Dragon? They are all possessive, roaring fire and sweeping graces with their immense wingspan, damn but I love them!
Anyway this is my first read by NJ Walters and though there is a bit of back story to these characters, I did not feel lost. So Karina is a baddie to these beloved Dragons, and needles to say her amnesia is not fooling any of them. Until Jericho, leader of the Drakons, tasked to kill her, realizes she is his mate. Now poor Karina realizes that something is wrong, she did things but alas she cannot remember. Filled with action, fast paced scenes, some minor angst, OTT alpha-ness, hot sex and HEA make for an awesome read! Truly enjoyed it and I cannot wait to see the future of the other Drakon characters!!! 4.5 stars****

Karina was marked for death by the Drakon's because she's the leader of the Knights of the Dragon but when they pull her from the car crash, Jericho can't kill her because his dragon has claimed her as their mate. When the Drakon's talk to her they find out that she can't remember who she is or what she does. She has no idea why they would want to kill her. Even more curious is a tattoo on her that has a big wound through it from the crash that the Drakon's find is magical in some way. She's been having horrible migraines and has been taking pills for it but the pills aren't what they seem either. So she's been lied to by the Knights and didn't realize that either.

Jericho knows she could get her memory back at any time and he and his team members know they can't trust her because of who she is but she's not what they expected at all. The Knights of the Dragon kidnap the Drakon who are half dragon half human and drink their blood to heal themselves and live longer. Drakon's can shift into a dragon so that's another reason they are caught, caged and experimented on. So there's a real problem with keeping Karina around since her people will be looking for her.

When they all finally come face to face with the person who has really been pulling the strings behind the scenes for the Knights of the Dragon, a shocking revelation will be revealed. Poor Karina has been lied to and manipulated for years and she didn't even know it.

There were so many secrets and twists right from the beginning of this story and I was excited to see where it all was going. The second half of this book was filled with so many twists and turns, lies and intrigue that I never knew exactly where it was going. This is the 7th book in this series and while it would be better to start reading from the beginning, you can read this book and still understand what's going on.

I thoroughly enjoyed DRAKON’S KNIGHT. It’s the seventh book in N.J. Walters’ Blood of the Drakon Series. I recommend reading the books in order, but each book can be read as a stand-alone. When I picked up DRAKON’S KNIGHT I was unsure if I would like Karina because I didn’t like her in the previous books, but I found myself admiring her. Jericho and Karina story was full of passion, mystery and danger and I couldn’t put it down. N. J. Walters’ paranormal world of drakons (half dragons/ half men) and the evil knights that hunt them is a unique paranormal series that I highly recommend for paranormal romance lovers looking for a great dragon shifter series. I’m hooked!

I didn't realize this was part of a series so needless to say I was never lost or confused by the story line. I absolutely loved this book! Kick a$$ alphas and tough heroines are my thing, but N.J. Walters not only revealed the tough leader that Karina Azarov had always been but a very vulnerable side of her also. She thought she kept it well hidden, but Jericho, as her fated mate, saw right through her. I appreciated the fierce loyalty amongst this ragtag band of "brothers" and only wish I'd been aware of this series from the beginning.

One of the things I appreciate about NetGalley and the authors and publishing companies it is associated with is the opportunity I get to read books by authors I have never come across and I really enjoyed this title by N.J. Walters.
