Samantha’s friends convince her that she needs to take her ‘wedding’ trip as a break away after her fiancé cancels their wedding. Her week in Vermont starts with her car breaking down in a snowstorm, leaving her to be rescued by a local dairy farmer. Samantha is skeptical of her quick attraction to this stranger and finds herself being pulled along as she discovers he is her ski instructor.

Jed has a full work schedule on his family’s dairy farm and taking turns as a ski instructor. He had set aside his own personal life after a set back from a prior romance and an unexpected death in his family. Now he has found a snow angel by the side of the road. How can he convince her to give him/them a chance?

The cover is an immediate draw and the story set-up sounds like a Hallmark romance scenario … and it is. The very likeable primary characters are well developed with natural relationship fears and a conflict that will require strengths to take a chance. I enjoyed the local Inn desk manager who nudges Sam towards a relationship with Jed and the local pub owner who gives Sam the evil challenge eye.

The descriptions and dialogue are clean, crisp and engaging. I found this to be a quick, easy, feel good read. This would be a perfect holiday read but it is a nice warm romance for anytime. I recommend this to readers who enjoy light, clean, easy romance.

Nice quick read for a busy holiday time read.
When Samantha's fiancee calls off the Christmas wedding two weeks before it's planned date she decides to go on her prepaid honeymoon anyway, alone.
Dashing through the snow is one way of putting it as she's stranded on the road a short way from the Vermont, Deerbourne Inn in a blizzard.
The week she spends at the ski lodge goes better than this workaholic expects when she meets a handsome man who turns out to be her ski instructor.
The chemistry between Samantha and Jed is instant. They make a nice couple but he's not about to let her go after the one week, he wants a forever with her.

Are you looking for a little Christmas cheer? Then pick up a copy of Forever in a Moment by Charlote O'Shay. This is a quick-paced read that takes place in small town Vermont, where the townsfolk are friendly, welcoming, and full of holiday spirit.

Samantha DeMartino's finance dumped her two weeks before their planned Christmas wedding. Apparently, his former sweetheart stole his heart all over again. With Sam's extremely logical and highly organized life in shambles, she decides to get out of Manhattan and go on her honeymoon alone. She is hopeful that a week at the Deerbourne Inn in snowy Vermont will help her to clear her head. Little did she know that the man of her dreams, dairy farmer Jed Armstrong, would turn out to be her savior and soulmate.

The minute Jed saw Sam he knew she was his one and only, which was odd because he has not dated in a very long while. When he lost his older brother, he and his family were never the same. As a result, he threw himself into his family's farm in order to keep his mind occupied. Teaching Sam to ski is fun, and kissing her is even more exciting. Within a week, they are madly in love.

I really enjoyed this story. The characters are well-developed and easy to get to know. Sam and Jed are quite passionate and their sexy times are hot. Overall, a solid read.

Forever in a Moment by Charlotte O’Shay is a winter romance story set in modern times. Samantha, Sam, DeMartino has been dumped by her fiancé, Ben, two weeks before the Christmas wedding. Sam is an attorney and always very organized and not at all spur of the moment. She decides to take a chance on life and go alone on the ski honeymoon in Vermont. Through some crazy happenings that challenge her she finally arrives at the Deerbourne Inn. The next day when she arrives for her ski lesson, she finds the instructor is Jed who rescued her the previous night. They quickly become friends but will they become more in the week she is on vacation? What will happen when it is time for Sam to return to her very structured and ordered life in New York City?
I enjoyed this story very much. The author gives enough background on the characters that you understand why they do things the way they do. For example, Sam is very challenged to make changes when everything is not orderly and going according to plan. Once she is at the Inn and realizes things happen in their own time there she begins to relax and be more spontaneous. I give this book 5 of 5 stars. The characters are realistic and written so that you feel you know them. There is a story line that is reasonable under the circumstances. Sam’s friends are supportive as well as her parents, in their own ways.
I received an advance copy of this book through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

JUST LOVE THIS COVER ART!! Reminds me of Christmas cards of by-gone times. Samantha DeMartino is a women that can't seem to catch a break. A fiance who calls off their wedding and then when she goes on her honeymoon alone she runs out of gas during a blizzard and its night too. LIKE REALLY? Rescued from the side of the road by Jed Armstrong she just can't figure out why he seems mad to have to stop and pick her up. Vermont and learning to sky; Samantha hopes to find some peace and encouragement to press on with her life. "A copy of this book was provided by The Wild Rose Press, Inc via Netgalley with no requirements for a review. Comments here are my honest opinion." SIT BACK AND ENJOY Deerbourne INN!

Samantha is dumped two weeks before her wedding but decides to go on the honeymoon by herself. She is rescued by Jed when her car runs out of gas in a blizzard. This book made me smile and so happy I read it. I may read it again! I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
