So this is book 11 in this series but it is the first in the series i have read. This is a page turning thriller with a storyline of former special ops guys becoming traitors and enacting terrorism on US soil. I did want to understand a bit more of why they turned but maybe that is because i don’t want to think that guys who served our country would turn like that for money.

For those that enjoy covert ops types of books. My only real criticism is that it ended rather abruptly I wanted a bit more to close it out. I also wanted to know more of the characters backstories but I assume those were fleshed out in the first 10 books.

I was given a Netgalley copy to review in return for an unbiased review.

A great read that continues a great series. Jonathan Grave or Digger as he is know to those close to him is alerted to the fact that in a day involving six attacks in middle America, the only perpetrator is someone he once knew in the military. He sets of to meet this individual and get some answers and hopefully catch the other 5 assassins. Little does he realize that he will be seemingly one step behind at every turn trying to uncover the truth. An excellent story with a ton of action that I didn't want to end. I hope the author continues this series for a long time.
Thank you Netgalley, John Gilstrap, Kensington Books , Pinnacle for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
