Emma Green is an amazing character who has had to face many challenges. The reader is invited into her world and immediately sympathizes with what she has to deal with. Nathan Foxdale has his own issues. Two people destined to meet and fall in love but each carrying a burden. What a powerful story. I will read more from Catherine Miller. Firstly I would like to thank the author and publisher and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book. It is a book that will stay with me for a long time, not least because it reduced me to tears and was so uplifting at the same time. I felt that I lived the 99 days with Emma and Nathan and I didn't want the book to end as it would mean saying goodbye to them, and I felt as if I really knew them as the characters were so well written. I shall be recommending this book to everyone I know and I cannot wait for more from this author.
