This book is not at all what I was expecting. I was expecting a book like "things to do with your kids on a rainy day", "fun family adventures at the Smithsonian", "back road Wisconsin adventures for your family", "craft projects for kids" .... I had no idea that Randy Southern is a Christian author, so had no idea that this book would contain 52 family adventures to teach 52 bible lessons to your kids. If this is what you are looking for, then this is the book for you. It has a good variety of activities to do at home and away, inside and out.

This is really a sweet book. It seems to cover all the bases so that these adventures are fun and fruitful for every family member. Each member's needs get met. I love that. Sometimes in the mix of life, we need some help to light the creative spark for our family. This book is so great for that.
