Haven't read any of Caroline's other books but I loved this one. The way she describes working on a farm brings it all to life. I also liked the recipes included as well

A good fun book with some interesting recipes - a few of which I'll be trying this Christmas. Rachel's still working hard trying to make a go of Primrose farm after her father's death. If it does go under it won't be from lack of trying by her mother, granny Ruth, Rachel and five year old Maisie.

I received a free advance review copy. This review is voluntary, honest and my own opinion.

Primrose farm and its inhabitants Rachel, Jill and Maisie are struggling financially to keep afloat despite diversifying recently with the pudding pantry, with help from grandma Ruth and her famous Xmas pudding recipe and the pudding club taster nights their fortunes are turned around, add into the mix loyal supportive friends, and the gorgeous Tom from the farm next door you have the perfect recipe to make you feel full of Christmas cheer! I couldn’t put this book down and devoured it in one day, so heartwarming to read such a lovely book with a great happy ending!
