Trying to practice more mindfulness and self love this year, I was excited to use this book. It did not disappoint. I love the format and how you can choose what length of time meditation works best for you at the time you at the moment. The breathing techniques and visualization skills are something that I can do easily to help me relax.

I have been meditating for a few months and was really excited to read this book. This book did not disappoint me. I loved the new techniques that I learned.
I like the visualizations, the Omm, the walking in the forest, the birds eye view, being in the moment, and many more.
I really liked that the author went step by step on what to do in how to meditate, further, he would provide helpful insight into why this particular insight works.
The only downside is that some of the meditation were very detailed and hard to visualize just by reading them one time.
The author addresses this by saying to read the guided meditation several times.
Overall a great book!

I love that this book offers 5, 10, 15, or 20-minute meditations to help you relax, reduce stress and fall asleep. Its straightforward approach makes it a great book for beginners and people with busy schedules! While short on time I have done the Five-Minute Reset, the Smile Mediation, The Forty Breaths Mediation and the Full of Gratitude Meditation. They are simple, quick and effective ways to keep me centered and relaxed throughout the day.
