One with the light is about the idea that all of us are one and we are born to learn lessons so that we can eventually merge into a higher being.

The book mentions the author's life in detail. The author mentions her formative years, the kind of family she had, her marriage and daughter, her after life experience etc.

The book was written in a very conversational tone. And I have highlighted a lot of phrases that I plan to come back to. Overall a good read.
