This is the kind of cookbook I love! I mean who doesn't love sweets?!
Day's recipes were straightforward with great pictures, and the layout was perfect! I was impressed with the outcome of the recipes I tried. If you have a sweet tooth, and are on Keto this is a cookbook for you!

I do not follow keto diet, but I am all about healthy eating. Recipes were good and easy enough to prepare. Book also contains techniques and some tips. Great for beginners and intermediate cooks.

This is an incredibly well-appointed keto baking book. I sincerely appreciate the balance in the use of ingredients and levels of difficulty, the variation of ingredients used (the restraint in using coconut flour and fathead dough in everything is particularly appreciated!), and there are even a few techniques or creative ways to do dishes that will improve my stand-bys that I'm looking forward to trying. That said, some of the photographs aren't appealing and gives the impression that my own recipes are still probably best (e.g. bread pudding and cinnamon rolls). Also, many of the recipes have a net carb count that are just simply too high for me.

Thank you Netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I was excited to receive a copy of Aaron Day's new work "Keto Sweet Tooth Cookbook" since I am following a Keto diet and healthy lifestyle but have always had that nagging sweet tooth. Day begins the book with a very quick and basic overlay of the Keto diet and the different ingredients rightly assuming most people who pick up this book will be somewhat familiar with the diets concept. He covers the traditional desserts like cakes, puddings, cookies, pies and even ice cream. He even includes the famous fat bombs made famous by diet practitioners. While he sticks with the classics it is great to have a group of healthy alternatives to use. Each recipe is easy to follow with an ingredient list and step by step instructions and nutritional serving counts. He does include tips and alterations to the recipe. If the alteration includes additional ingredients he updates the nutritional facts along with it. This is a good go to for healthy dessert lovers.

I follow Aaron on a couple of social media sites. His chocolate chip cookie recipe is my #1 go-to, they are so delicious. My mom is on keto and I sent her the recipe last year and she makes them all the time too. I love how you don't have to use 27 million different ingredients to make any of these. A lot are simple and easy. Thank you for having so many beautiful pictures in here. I'm a visual person so seeing all of the wonderful recipes makes me really excited to try a bunch of them.

THIS is the kind of cookbook I love. I love the layout. Beautiful pictures as well, that eagerly makes me want to make ALL of the recipes right now! Its very simple with ingredients most keto people should have already on hand. The recipes themselves also seemed easy enough that any beginner can bake. Thats how detailed the instructions are. The cover is decadent <3! I'm so excited to start!

The Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe were the best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie I've tasted, definitely use Almond Meal it makes the difference!

I’m pretty good at making substitutions to m are a recipe kept compliant, but baking is a whole other story. I’m just not yet there when it comes to nut flours, but this book helps me quite a bit. I learn by doing, so having some recipes laid out is a big help in understanding how to use nut flours in baking.

The biscotti where the first on my list and turned out pretty well, though xanthan gum and I need to spend a little more quality time together. Next up on my list to try are chocolate dipped eclairs, rum balls, affogato, vanilla cake with fresh berries, and apple turn overs. Not all of the recipes require nut flours either, so you have a nice selection of easy to make recipes to choose from. You’ll be eating better than you were before keto and won’t have to skip dessert!

Like all cookbooks some recipes (that I tried) were better than others but for the most part, I was impressed with all that I tried and the wide variety of options this had. From cookies to custards, it really did have a little bit of everything most people crave only healthier and better for you.
