Zoey and Dylan weave a very crooked path to their HEA. I enjoyed the depth of the characters stories. The bonds between the friends and families is realistic and enviable. The writing is smooth and easy. The mystery is an added layer that makes the book fly. With Zoey and Dylan each keeping their own secrets, you better stay on your toes. Loved it.

What a wonderful start to a new series. Five girls bond at a summer camp and become friends for life. They are all very different, hence they called themselves the Wildflowers. One thing that they all have in common is that at least one of their parents, should have never been a parent. The camp is owned by Elle's grandfather and when he passes he leaves it to all of them. They decide to reinvent it into a year round camp for adults. During the following year they invest what ever funds they have plus a lot of hard work. When three gorgeous brothers show up looking for jobs, Zoey is very suspicious, but also drawn to middle brother Dylan. The brothers are undercover, looking for their father, who disappeared with funds meant for the family business. Their only clue, is Elle's name on their fathers calendar. With cameras all over the camp, the women keep an eye on the brothers, while the brothers look for evidence of their father. They quickly become valuable employees. While Zoey and Dylan get closer to each other, they are both uncomfortable with secrets and finally spill.

If my life and visual limitations had not interfered, I would had read this book in one sitting. The narrative is written in a lightly humorous voice, but intrigue and danger also surface. The characters are very engaging. While not a cliff hanger, the books ends with the brothers' father still AWOL.

I received a free, advanced copy of this book from NetGalley.com. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Whew, what an action packed romance! Zoey and Dylan were just so great together and boy was he keeping secrets from her. Dylan and his brothers were trying to find their father and had got the notion that he was hiding out at the camp.

While they searched for their father, the Wildflowers watched them and tried to figure out what was going on! It was fun to watch as they each tried to figure out information from the other side.

I loved that Zoey's mom looked like she met someone after her ill fated marriage ended so badly, and how sad that Zoey was the one that had to handle her father's last wishes.

Hope we will find out where the father is in the next book, and can't wait to find out what happens with Liam and Elle and Hannah and Owen!

A quick and easy read. Not sure what to think about this story actually, there are laughable moments and maybe heartbreaking ones as well.
I liked the idea of the friends being more like sisters as well as the males characters.
I didn’t liked that he was always telling half truths or avoiding them but she was just playing cool like it didn’t matter because honestly it mattered, no matter how superficial you might be or think about a relationship, communicating and being honest all the time matters.
The older couples made me laugh more with their plans/players moves .
I’ll probably read the next books though because I’m interested to see what happens with the other characters.

Summer Nights is a great book to kick off what should be a fantastic new series from this author. With incredible primary characters in Zoey and Dylan as well as intriguing secondary characters I see some interesting stories coming our way. Zoey and her friends have decided to turn a run down summer camp into an exclusive retreat for the wealthy. Dylan and his brothers are searching high and low for their father when they get a tip that he's been spotted at a Florida summer camp. They decide to take on jobs as handymen to help with the repairs. Now if they can just keep their minds on the reason they are there and not the beautiful women who own the camp.

Great read and definitely one I recommend.

Zoey and her Wildflower Sisters decided to re-imagine the camp that brought them together as kids. It takes a lot of money, sweat, and hard work for over a year but they've finally done it - an adults only retreat. Adults should be easier than kids any way right? Well... maybe not. But the campers hijinx aside, the bigger problem for Zoey is the good looking Dylan and his brothers who came to work for them. She knows the brothers are up to something, after something, but she can't quite figure it out. None of the Wildflowers can. More distracting to Zoey is that she starts to really enjoy Dylan despite wanting to maintain suspicious.
Dylan and his brothers have one job: find their dad and where he sunk the money he took from their company. Being convinced it's the camp and the ladies who run it responsible, they decide to split up. Dylan's job is to get close to Zoey and her sister. The problem? The closer Dylan and Zoey get the more lines blur - where does the avoidance end? When the half-truths start feeling more like lies, who will Dylan chose - his brothers or Zoey?
Jill Sanders has kicked off this new series with a compelling romance of not quite enemies, not quite friends, to lovers and a good dose of mystery. This book has it all and the side characters (the very quirky campers along with the Wildflowers and Dylan's brothers) really complete the story. I cannot wait to get the rest of the girls' stories (which hopefully wrap up Dylan's brothers as well).

I received a free ARC of this book from Net Galley and here is my honest review.

This book is about a summer camp for adults. Zoey Rowlett knows that putting her savings into a run down summer camp is risky but she still does it anyway. It's where she met her best friends and co-investors of the camp. A Florida retreat for wealthy snowbirds looking for love.

Dylan Rhodes takes a job at the camp. He and his brothers are on a secret mission to find their father he ran away with a large amount of money. Dylan thinks he is at the camp. Zoey makes him forget his reason for being at the camp.

There is some mystery and romance which I love. Will Zoey be able to forgive Dylan for his lies? Will they find Dylan's father? You have to read to find out. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the next book in the series. It is a book with characters that feel real with real problems and emotions. I like it when the characters in books aren't perfect.

Jill Sanders is a phenomenal author. Her worlds she creates are amazing. When she puts pen to paper her words dance off the pages and into my heart.
She has a magical way with her words. I love the world's she creates for her reader's.

I really enjoyed reading Summer Nights. This was a great introduction to a new series. I love the chemistry Zoey and Dylan have. Zoey had some walls to tear down. I love the struggles Zoey and Dylan have. I couldn't put this book down. Jill Sanders captivated my heart and soul from page one. I didn't want Summer Nights to end. Summer Nights is an easy to read and understand story. I love the mystery and how we have to wait for it to be revealed. I loved the secondary characters. With Dylan and Zoey I saw the magic of their love. Jill Sanders showed me that with love anything is possible. I really felt as if I were a part of the story and not just reading a story. I love it when I can fall into a story easy and reading Summer Nights I did just that. I must say this is by far my favorite Jill Sanders book. I can't wait to read the next book. Jill Sanders did a phenomenal job writing this story. I loved everything about Summer Nights. The characters were relatable. I was sad to see this story end. Fabulous book and fabulous plot.

I received this arc from Netgalley for an honest review. I read 40 % of this book and then gave it up. I was so frustrated by all of the different plot lines and how quickly the book jumped around. This one wasn’t for me:

I did not want to stop reading this book.
I love how I was pulled in, I did not want to stop reading.
I also loved that there were two points of views. That is always a great element in a book to be able to see/read both sides of a story.

I thought Zoey was a strong character and I enjoyed that she was not weak (most of the time).
I also really liked Dylan and how he did not seem stuck up or rude (like a lot of wealthy people can be portrayed).
Together they make a great team.
However, I felt like the chemistry was rushed - You could feel the relationship building and then all of BAM they are hooking up. The ending also felt rushed. It went from almost getting shot to meeting a random old friend, falling asleep and then moving into a new cabin in less than a chapter.
More background, build-up, and less rushing would have made this book AMAZING! It was a great read but something was just missing. I am excited to read the next book (you can most definitely tell it's a series due to all the characters involved)

Thanks for the chance to read this book, I did truly enjoy it!

This book was light and sweet. There was drama, but honestly, little depth to the characters. I felt like the whole story was a little disjointed.

With great humour & drama this first book in a new series by author Jill Sanders is a winner. I laughed out loud many times throughout this book & loved the angst of the drama surrounding it. The characters of Dylan & Zoey were both very strong, determined & sexy. I also enjoyed how the author has kind of left us dangling in regards to were Dylan’s father is & if Elle actually has any info on him. The intrigue of blackmail & secrets kept me turning the pages wanting to find out what happens next. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to read the next book.

A great summer read!

Zoey never thought that she would meet her best friends at a summer camp when she was twelve. Because one of the girl’s grandfather owned the camp, they went back almost every year. When the five girls were left the camp in his will, they decided to fix it up and make it an adults getaway. Among all the people they hire to help with the renovation are three brothers. But when Zoey gets close to Dylan (one of the brothers), she realizes that the brothers are keeping secrets. Can their budding relationship withstand the secrets?

The author sets this book up nicely for a series, with each book about one of the five “wildflowers” ... I presume. I could just tell that Zoey and Dylan were drawn to each other right from the start. I liked how all the girls are so different from one another, but are still the best of friends. A fun, steamy, summer romance. I also liked how there are unanswered questions ... a really good way to draw a person in for the next book?

I received an early copy courtesy of Montlake Romance through NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

Summer Nights is a great start to Jill Sanders new Wildflowers series. I enjoyed this book. Even though there were definitely secrets between Dylan and Zoey, there was a strong connection between them and I love watching it grow into more. There were some laugh out loud moments throughout and some drama and upset but overall this was a very solid start to a series I look forward to reading more of.

Zoey, her sister Scarlett, Hannah, Aubrey and Elle all met at a camp as teenagers which was owned and managed by Elle’s grandfather. They became fast friends and that friendship has seen them through all the ups and downs of their lives for the past ten years. When Elle’s grandfather passes away, she doesn’t want to sell the land the camp was on, so she and her friends combine their funds to open up River Camp to adults.

Dylan, Owen and Liam decide to apply for jobs at the camp, but they have an ulterior motive for being there. Zoey and Dylan both have an athletic past so they are required to work together to arrange activities for the guests and as they spend time together the lines between personal and professional not only get blurred but so do the loyalties they feel for each other and those they love.

This is the first book in a new series and I am looking forward to the stories of the other characters as well as this story does have a happy ever after but it does leave some aspects of the plot unresolved.

Count on Jill Sanders to bring in a pocketful of sunshine to balance out life's storms. Summer Nights encompasses more than romance. The heart speaks many languages and wraps the conversation up in one tiny bundle with a big message. The message: "Love makes things happen." It helps us to endure painful secrets, heartbreaking tragedies and build unbreakable bonds that far exceed a blood connection. Dylan and Zoey are only the beginning. Can't wait to see what's next.
