I did not really care for this one, personally I thought the tips given were not very helpful, because it did not make sense.

This is a beautiful, excellent book for anyone who is beginning a spiritual journey… Or anyone who wants to begin a spiritual journey and doesn’t know where to begin. It doesn’t matter what spiritual or religious path you choose, this book is the perfect guide. There are abundant examples from the authors own life and own journey, and lots of practical suggestions throughout. The resources section in the back is especially helpful.
