Lost in Me is the third book in the Love Unbound series and the first in the Here and Now series by Lexi Ryan. This is the start of Hanna!s story. It was okay. I'm glad I haven't read it before the other books are out because cliffhanger!

This is my first experience with an amnesiac story and I love it! This is an absolute page turner and that cliffhanger made me want to throw something.

I'd like to thank Netgalley and the Publisher for sharing an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Not sure what I was expecting but I really enjoyed it.

Dark romance is the new thing it seems and while sometimes I see the appeal, it isn't always for me. Going into this book, I knew that.

I don't like cliffhangers or books based on the same couple in a series (like duets) so this instantly became an eh book. It could have ended better and look, I won't be finding our what happens next. It just didn't hold onto me as much as it could have.

Well written and satisfying read by an authors I already liked. I enjoy well developed characters, a little angst, and of course some steam in my reads and Lost In Me did not disappoint. Can’t wait for my next Lexi Ryan read!

Something that I hate in New Adult that always happens and new writers in this category always tend to do: cliffhangers. Why do authors feel the need to crudely end their works on a cliffhanger, especially one that doesn't really make that much sense, especially when it contradicts information that was previously provided in the book?

Thank you Netgalley and Lexi Ryan for the Arc! These opinions are of my own.

Okay, so that ending was ridiculous, like how dare ms. Ryan leave me on a cliff wanting for an answer??? That cliffhanger, but i will come back to this at the end of the review..Ugh, my heart man.

Hanna and her retrograde amnesia was very intriguing as I haven't read a book like that yet, and still have not. This brought out confusion and frustration as Hanna was throughout the book. Yet, Bits of her memory started to come back but nothing is as it seems. Cue some deceit and secrets surrounding her accident that took place in the 12 months. I would be so pisssssed.

I loved that while she felt vulnerable and unsure, Hanna was able to piecing together her past. She started to trust the facts and her gut. She proved over the course of the story to be an resilient individual to whom I could admire.

I didn't trust any of the other characters in this book other than Hanna. It seemed as every person in her life was withholding something from her, for their own personal gain. No one was looking out for Hanna and its pretty obvious who she will go with in the end in the love triangle.

The ending (cliffhanger, told you we come back to this!!) this ended with had me shocked! I need a answers, I need to know what happened like yesterday! Don't mind me as i find the next book in the series. This was a very soap opera read to it that I would love watching on lifetime or HBO. Especially with a love triangle to boot including Hanna, Max and Nate.

A little warning as there are some very explicit sex scenes. So if you do not like that type of book, I wouldn't pick it up. Otherwise, if you do like more smutty scenes, I would definitely recommend you pick up this book.

Lost in Me by Lexi Ryan sucked me in and held me captive throughout the entire read. The story line around Hanna and her retrograde amnesia was absolutely fascinating. I was just as confused and frustrated as she was throughout the read. As little bits of her memory came back to her, it was evident that nothing as as perfect as it seemed. There was some deceit and hidden secrets surrounding her accident and everything that took place in the 12 months before it.

I didn't trust any of the other characters in this book, but especially Max. It seemed as though every single person in her life was withholding something important from her, for their own personal gain. No one was truly looking out for Hanna. I loved that while she felt vulnerable and unsure, Hanna was able to start piecing together her past and trusting the facts and her gut. She proved over the course of the story to be an extremely resilient individual.

I felt for Nate and his love for Hanna but his need to let her go. I understood why he made the choices he did but it still hurt. I do hope that Nate and Hanna find their way back to each other somehow, it seemed that they were the best suited to be together.

The cliffhanger this ended with had me shocked! I cannot wait to dive into the next book in this series to find out more about Hanna, Max, Nate and the rest of the flawed and selfish individuals she called friends and family. I'm totally invested in Hanna's happiness!

This book was so much drama! The premse was good, a woman wakes up with Amnesia and has no recolletion of the last year of her life. She does however start having confusing feelings between the guy she appears to be engaged to and another. I hate reading about love triangles. As the Main Character in the centre of it always seems so indecisive. And it was no different here. The constant back and forth was frustrating. I couldnt get behind Hannah treating Max so badly! I think its pretty obvious who she will go with in the end. Unfortunately for me the story wasnt engaging enough for me to complete the series to see if I am right.

The first book in a heart-wrenching dramatic romance trilogy. This book was as addictive as a soap opera and just as fun to read. Beware, there is a cliffhanger but luckily all the books are out now.

GAH! Yep, that's right, there is a cliffhanger! What would you do if you woke up in the hospital and you could not remember the past 11 months? What you are being told is everything you always wished for and the person you always wanted to love you has put a ring on your finger. Everything is not as peachy as it appears. First off Hanna is seriously malnourished and that may be the reason she fell down the stairs (or is it), the man who she always wanted has been keeping secrets but then again so has she and there is another man who loves her but will not offer her more, and who is the anonymous benefactor for her bakery? So many secrets and so much angst but there is more to come because there is more to this series.

Lost in Me by Lexi Ryan is a really great book, fast-paced, and very different from other romance books I have read. We meet Hanna when she wakes up in the hospital after a fall down the stairs and she has amnesia, can't remember anything from a year before the accident, and certainly not the fact that she is engaged to the guy she has been crushing on for years. The other really different part of this book is that her crush Max, isn't the only one, there is a second guy, Nate.

I always like reading fast, cute romances, and this one was no exception. I really enjoyed how different it was to some other romance books I've read and I didn't realise it was a series until I finished it. I read this book so fast, in only a few hours and I had such a great time. I really felt for Hanna, the town's "fat girl" who falls in love with the guy of her dreams and actually gets him, but then doesn't know who to choose or why she picked one over the other in the past. She struggles with her weight her whole life, but when she wakes up in the hospital, she realises that she has the perfect body, however, her doctor tells her to be careful, and it would seem that all of her family, except her mother, are worried about her weight because she has lost so much.

I had such a great time reading this book and the characters were so realistic, my favourites were obviously Hanna but also her sisters, I loved the relationship she had with Liz, her twin sister. I also loved her relationship with Max, and the ambiguity between her and Nate.

I was so shocked by the ending that I already purchased book two and I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I will say that there are some very explicit sex scenes, so if you do not like that type of book, I wouldn't pick it up, otherwise, if you do like more smutty scenes, I would definitely recommend you pick up this book.

A really nice, quick, fast-paced and exciting read, I gave it 4 stars because it was just lacking that 5-star feel, but I have a feeling that the next books in the series will have that spark! Thank you to Netgalley for providing me with a free copy of this book in exchange of an honest review, all opinions are my own.

Ugh. I enjoyed this book...halfway. I feel like this book was written mainly for the sex scenes. It took me so long to get through this book. I didn't love it. But it also wasn't a bad book. I really enjoyed the actual storyline, but I likely won't continue in the series.

The writing was good But I found the characters weren’t fully developed enough for my taste and it was too dramatic

I received an ARC of this book through #Netgalley, in return for an honest opinion.

Really liked this book! HOTness, twists and turns, true Lexi Blake form of build and sweet release, strong heroes, antiheroes and heriones. Definitely worth the read and worth a paid read at that!!

Intriguing and angsty, an amnesia story is a good set up for long drawn mystery. This one ends in a cliffhanger, which I don't usually mind if I feel like the initial book is meaty enough to feel like a book. As a partial book, I withhold my judgement until I finish all three books, that really make one whole.

Oh my goodness.

Lost in Me is a book that I went into not knowing what to expect. Amnesia books can go one of two ways and this one went in a good way.
Hanna wakes up in the hospital with an engagement ring on her finger having no idea how it got there or whats happened in the past year of her life. She spends the next several weeks trying to piece everything back together from the flashbacks she's had, and with the help of those around her trying to piece everything back together. The hard part Hanna has to choose between the two men currently in her life Max whose she's had a crush on for a long time or the new guy (Nate) that loves her for her.

Overall I couldn't get enough of this story. I had to figure out what caused Hanna's fall and subsequent amnesia. The mystery about the two guys also had me extremely curious considering it seemed like Hanna changed so much of herself for them. I honestly could not stand Max for a long time and I am so glad I ended up being right about him. I still have a lot of questions when it comes to Nate and what exactly he and Hanna had because it's obvious the feelings were/are extremely loving.
I also really loved Hanna and the relationship she had with her siblings and how they were there for her even after all that had happened in the time that led up to her amnesia.

The ending of this book had so many cliffhangers and I need answers! I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens next.

As for the sexy time scenes at times it really did seem rushed and unnecessary with everything else that was going on at certain times.

Hanna wakes up in a hospital with no memory of what happened to her. The last thing she remembers is being in a bar wishing her crush Max would be in love with her instead of her twin sister. She wakes up with Max's ring on her finger, lost 50 pounds and seems to have it all. Things go sideways when bad boy rock star Nate slides into her bed like he belongs there. This is a love triangle and the cliffhanger is a doozy.

I received a copy of this book via Netgalley and am leaving a review.
