My name is JP Wynn and I come from a hockey family. I’m trying to be a better person in my life, that includes my brother Theo, who I hurt badly. It also includes my team. I’m a hot head and have received countless penalties, so I need to get rid of my anger on the ice. You see my coach is my Father and the owner of the team is my grandfather. So now I’m at the rehearsal for my brother Theo’s wedding, and fortunately, he’s forgiven me and made me the best man. When I spot the maid of honor, I see the most gorgeous woman I’ve ever seen. So after the rehearsal dinner we hook up in my hotel room and I can’t believe my lucky stars. The next day is the wedding, and we are trying not to be so obvious around each other. As I hold her close in a dance, Manny, another hockey player from Nashville, jumps me and starts a fight. So I guess I’m still making bad mistakes, in my brother’s wedding!

Taylor Hart had her heart broken by a hockey player. Just when she thought they were moving forward, he leaves for another NHL team without a word. Meeting JP at her best friend’s wedding is great. The fact that he’s interested in her, is even better. When she sees that Manny was also invited to the wedding, Taylor wants him to see that she’s over him. So that didn’t turn out the way she wanted. He actually attacked JP and a fight broke out, at her best friend’s wedding! Leaving abruptly is all she can do and deciding never to see JP again, except that doesn’t work out either. Since she lives close to her best friend’s house, Taylor is always running into JP at their house. How can she move forward when she’s so attracted to him! Also, how can erase from her mind the best sex of her life!

As her other books, this is another hit for Kelly Jamieson!

As all her other books, this is another hit for Ms Jamieson

What a sizzling summer romance! I loved the sports, the family and the love story.
Thank you! I cannot wait to read the next one in the series.

In It To Win It is another “win” for Author Kelly Jamieson! I really enjoy Kelly’s knowledge of the sport of hockey and how it flows over into her writing! This book is book 2 in the Wynn Hockey series, a series about the Wynn family who is living the hockey life. Book 1 (Play to Win) does not need to be read first before reading this one, but it will give you the family background which may help a little!

JP Wynn and Taylor Hart get off to a rocky start…involving a wedding, a dance, exes, a fight, and a bunch of bad decisions. I love Kelly Jamieson’s writing style and wording. This is a 2 person POV book, which I love! I love the things the author added in this book…the dog (Byron), the innuendos (especially the hockey ones!), the yoga, the aqua yoga…I just really loved this whole book! There is humor, hockey, and heat in this one! 5 pucking stars from me!

Another Win (pun intended)! The Wynn hockey series contains a delightful bunch of characters, learning so much about themselves, family and how to come together in the somewhat strange circumstances when all your aunts and uncles are the same age as you! Seriously though, Ms. Jamieson has done it again! The story of JP and Taylor is a story of forgiveness and growth, and the dialogue and context of the book make you not want to put it down. it's one of those books that when someone interrupts you, you just want to growl until you can start reading again! A great way to spend a Saturday!

I am loving this new series from Kelly Jamieson. In It to Win It was a fun, sweet and sexy book all rolled into one. JP has a chance to redeem himself after making some poor choices. JP amd Taylor have an instant attraction and some wicked chemistry. I love all the characters in this story and can't wait for the next book in this series.

A fantastic hockey romance that you do not want to put down. I am a big fan of this series so far. I was not a fan of JP from the stunt he pulled in the first book but after reading this story I am converted. Him and Taylor are perfect together as they balance one another when they really need it the most. All the hot hockey players and all the drama that ensues throughout the book also make this a must read. You will not be disappointed. Cannot wait for more of this series.

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review,

This book was so good! Starts out steamy with a hook up and then it takes a bit for the couple to get together. I did not read the first book, so I was not at all familiar with the Wynn family. It wasn’t too hard to keep up. I love a good sports romance and this one nails it. I really liked the characters and the flow was good. All around, it was a good read.

I'm absolutely a fan of Kelly Jamieson, and at least two of her hockey series are among my all-time favorites. This new series is looking sure to join that list also, with a load of interesting characters, a mess of familial concern, and a whole lot of swoon to be had . . .

I really enjoyed In It to Win It, the way it made me laugh and smile and roll my eyes. It was a heart happy book, and one that was incredibly easy to get sucked into with no hope of escaping until the very end. Indeed, I read this book super duper fast—I just needed to know what would happen to JP, the Wynn family bad boy, and Taylor, the woman who (inadvertently) dumped him into new drama, at his brother's wedding, no less! Gah, even now, a good two days after I finished it, just thinking about the small moments between JP and Taylor are giving me a reason to smile and feel good.

If I were to have one complaint about this book, it would be the lack of one certain scene that I felt should have been present, and the absence of which will most likely be my lingering memory of an otherwise excellently written, easily likable book. However, although I'm knocking half a star off due to the dearth of that scene, I can honestly say that Ms. Jamieson has, once again, produced a hockey romance that's well worth a one-click and is sure to give readers a pleasurable, enjoyable and altogether wonderful experience.

This was a bit of an up and down book for me. I always love Jamieson's hockey- the descriptions of the games, the practices, the hard work and love of the game. 'Win It' has a delightful dog who gets a good amount of page time, paddle board yoga, and some truly perfect moments of talking/thinking about what love is, how to forgive others (and yourself) when mistakes are made, and life in general, On the other hand, there was more repetition in 'Win It' than usual, and there were times I thought the plot dragged. JP and the Wynn family never seem to let anything go, it takes forever before they learn from mistakes, and you can definitely see why JP feels he has so much pressure on him to be either perfect or a total screw up all the time. All in all, not my favorite of Jamieson's books, but not a shut out either.

This is such a steamy hockey romance! I didn’t realize it was part of a series until after I read the ARC, but it was still a great read! JP and Taylor have instant chemistry that only continues to heat up as the book goes on! I enjoyed the author’s writing style, switching characters with each chapter. And who doesn’t love a golden retriever? Byron was such a fun addition. Romance, hockey, dogs, how can you go wrong?

Saucy, sexy and hot all perfectly describe this book. Kelly's spin on learning how to be our best selves was handled in such a touching way, all the while throwing in plenty of hot sex to spice things up along the way.

ARC REVIEW: In It To Win It by Kelly Jamieson is a Wynn Hockey book. If you love hockey romances involving a gorgeous bad boy hockey player (who is actually a really good guy underneath it all) and a beautiful sassy heroine who works helping children then you will love this book. It was filled with humorous dialogue, good character development and really spicy bedroom scenes. I really enjoyed JP’s development through the story, he managed to do it without making any super horrible decisions (like men tend to do). Taylor was a sweetie and I liked everything about her. This was a really enjoyable book that I devoured on an hour plane ride, I couldn’t take even a small break from it. I loved JP’s family, they are nuts in the best way. I am a hockey romance lover and this was one of the top books in this area I have read as there was no crazy angst that had to be added to the story, this was just a love story with good characters, a romantic plot line and hockey. My favorite things.
I received this ARC from #netgalley and @penguinrandomhouse in exchange for my honest opinion of the book.

JP and Taylor seem to have an instant connection. But they’ve both had past relationships that have left them jaded.
With the help of their friends, family and a crazy loveable dog, they might just find they’re forever.
I thoroughly enjoyed JP and Taylor’s story. Kelly Jamieson does not disappoint! 5 stars!!!

It wasn't until after I finished this book that I realized it was the second book in a series. While there is a family chart at the front of this book, it's super confusing to follow along. I felt like the reader just gets thrown into the middle of a story, but not in a "oh, engrossing!" way, more in a "did this book start in the middle?" way.

Honestly, I continued to read the book because of Byron. I will read anything with a Golden Retriever as a character.

I would read more from this author, but make sure I start in the beginning of a series if it is part of one.

The Wynn Family isn’t an easy family to be a part of. And for JP Wynn, he seems to be having an even tougher time pleasing anyone. So why not play up the bad boy image everyone thinks he is... and what better way than to have a dirty fling with the bridesmaid at his brother’s wedding.

Things get hot and heavy with Taylor but what he didn’t expect was to find himself in the middle of a fight with her boyfriend?!

I really loved getting a peek into JPs world. Deep down he really is a great, sensitive guy who really puts too much stress and pressure on himself. I did get s little frustrated with a Taylor - but overall the two of them really are magnetic together and flaming hot! And oh my goodness I loved Byron!!

Such a fun series and once I started I couldn’t put the book down!

A very entertaining story! JP is a bad boy, a hockey star who could have any woman, is used to a good life but is easily drawn into fights. No one yet has seen the softer side of him, his good heart, his desire to do better, his desire to curb his temper on the ice. Then along comes Taylor who is attracted to him and he to her. So much goes wrong before they can get together. I loved JP and his family too!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Kelly Jamieson has done it again with another amazing hockey series and a great family to easily fall in love with!! I adore the Wynn's and am totally fascinated by their incredibly complicated family dynamic. This story is sweet, fun, hot, sexy and heartwarming all wrapped into one! In this second book of the series, JP Wynn has a chance to redeem himself after being firmly placed out of his family's good graces for some poor choices he made. Honestly, I love JP and am happy he is trying to put the past behind him and be a better man. Taylor and Byron are very good for him!! He and Taylor have some serious chemistry and attraction from the start! Their wedding hook-up was flaming hot! But they sort of went back to square one after that. I loved watching their relationship bloom again from there. It certainly was not without complication and drama, but the way it was worked out and those who help along the way, made the story that much heartier. I love that we get so much of the other family members in the story too! I can't wait for Everly's HEA next and more of the Wynn family!!!!

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for this wonderful ARC!!!

JP is a bad boy hockey player out to have some fun with Taylor the hot bridesmaid at his brothers wedding. Taylor is equally attracted to JP, but is totally turned off at the fight started by her ex at the reception. JP thinks he was played to make her ex jealous. However they keep getting thrown together and the attraction doesn’t lessen.

A hot, sexy sports romance. This is my first book by this author and I ‘m anxious to read more from her.

I really liked the first book in this series but this one just wasn't as good and I think a lot of it is that I genuinely disliked Taylor. I got tired of hearing how good she is, how sweet and kind especially from JP. After the scene at the wedding she started treating him badly and taking her own guilt out on him and letting him take all the blame from his family. The family he's trying desperately to get back in good graces with. I did like JP for the most part though, no he wasn't innocent but you could tell he was truly trying to be better, do better.

Kelly Jamieson delivers! It would help to have read the book before but it was a great story without previous knowledge. The characters are likable and well developed. Of course, you know how the story will end but it was a fun ride getting there. Definitely a book that you want to meet the rest of the characters and see what those stories will be.
