Nothing But This is about a marriage in shambles. Greyson & Libby are a married couple. Libby finds out she's pregnant and is ecstatic... the only problem is Greyson says he's sterile.. he leaves the family and his marriage.
The reset of the story is his attemps to win her back.. and them finding their way back together.
There's a bit of drama for sure. Overall, a decent read.

I’m a sucker for the marriage in trouble trope and especially when one of them screws up and has to win the other person back. In this case it’s Greyson who screws up by accusing his wife of cheating with his brother Harrison since Greyson can’t have children and Libby has given birth to a girl.
Greyson has definitely screwed up and I enjoyed his attempts to win Libby back. He’s a fantastic father and adores his daughter Clara.
Greyson and Libby’s road back to each other and for Libby granting Greyson forgiveness is long and I think Libby is a little hard on him. She doesn’t give him many chances in the beginning of gaining back her trust.
I would have appreciated more flashbacks cause I struggled with their connection. I couldn’t feel the love between them. Even Libby doubts her husband feelings towards her and that goes back to when they meet that night they first slept together. Two months later they’re married.
Them co-parenting and Greyson redeeming himself are my favorite parts. Yes, I struggled with their connection and chemistry but they worked as a couple who wants to do what’s best for their child. Greyson coming out of his shell, finding friends and showing different sides of himself were great too. I would have liked to have seen that in those flashbacks that did appear throughout the story.
Nothing But This had its flaws but I definitely enjoyed it.

Talk about a second chance (or is it really third chance?) romance! Libby and Grayson have circled each other since they were kids and they finally married. Joy of joys, Libby gets pregnant and then in a perfectly horrible turn, Graysone denies that he's the father of their daughter Clara. Libby picks herself up and moves on (well, sorta) an Grayson, well it takes him some time to get his head out of his nose. What a dope. This has steamy scenes, it has sweet scenes, it has a LOT of drama. All that said, Anders is a good storyteller and this is a fast fun read. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.

I recommend this book if you love your books with lots of angst and second chances! It was amazing to see both Libby and Greyson's transformation throughout the book as individuals who saw the fault in themselves and wanted to be better for each other. Greyson's transformation in this book was brilliant. He went from an unsure man and a horrible husband to a doting father and a loving husband. This was my 1st Natasha Anders book and I loved it!!

Well... that was a very long journey to happily ever after. I’m all for angst in a romance novel, but the length of this book made the tension crushing and the non-stop angst left me feeling emotionally drained. It’s a heartbreaking book that will most definitely provoke a variety of emotions as you read it. The writing is great and the characters grow on you over time, but it took so long to find a little bit of happiness in the book that I had already checked out emotionally before our couple started to work their way back together.

Essentially, the story follows Greyson, a reserved man who rarely shows emotion. He married Libby after a whirlwind romance and their relationship was primarily physical - he knew that she had feelings for him when they were younger, and the sex was great so he thought they were well suited. When Libby reveals that she is pregnant soon after they wed, Greyson closes off completely and Libby is at a loss as to why that is - until she gives birth to their child and he tells her that he is infertile so clearly she must’ve cheated on him. Libby (rightfully) determines that it’s unforgivable that he didn’t trust her not to have cheated - without even looking further into things - and she moves out, taking their baby with her. Once Greyson realizes the error of his ways, he tries to win Libby back but he has a lot of work to do to make that happen.

It was clear from the start that this was not going to be a light book, but I was unprepared for just how much of the book would be angst-filled. Both Greyson and Libby have some major flaws, and their relationship wasn’t perfect even before the pregnancy reveal, so they have a long road ahead of them to find happiness together. I’ve read some of Natasha Anders’ books before and enjoyed them, so when NetGalley offered me an ARC in exchange for an honest review, I was excited to read this book. Her writing is excellent and the character development is great. A man who disowns his own baby and wrongly accuses his wife of cheating is not a hero I would usually find myself rooting for, but Greyson redeems himself along the way. I liked that they slowly built their trust back up, and rebuilt their marriage into something better than it was before. I just wish that journey was a little shorter (by eliminating some of the subplots featured in the previous book), or at the very least that there were more light moments to break up the dark.

Okay, so I was crazy excited to read this book as I absolutely love the angst that comes with Natasha Anders’ books. I also really needed the story of Libby and Grayson like I needed air.

I did enjoy the beginning of the story and I felt that the angst was so so good. I really like Grayson as I character and I grew to understand why he was the way he was. He was cold and broody for a reason, he had walls up for a reason. He accused his wife of adultery for a reason, one he regretted almost instantaneously.

Grayson was by far my favourite character in this book. Libby was a character I couldn’t relate too and I think that was a “me” thing. She seemed so desperate at the beginning of the flashbacks that I cringed at times. She grew to be a more likeable character as the book progressed but she failed to capture me on a personal level.

I think this book could have done with a few more flashbacks to see how their relationship was in the past. I partly couldn’t connect to the romance because I failed to see how it happened. I also couldn’t pinpoint Grayson’s feelings. I know he told Libby about his complex emotions but I would have liked to see a snippet of it.

The pacing of this book was trippy to me in the sense where I read this all in the previous book but just not in their perspective. I didn’t get to see anything new until close to the end. Sure, there were the interactions between Grayson and his daughter but I’m not a fan of reliving things I’ve already read.

I did enjoy this story and the writing was of course, amazing! I really did enjoy parts of this book but it wasn’t a “WOW” book for me. It was more of a “me” thing than anything else and I cannot wait for the next book Natasha Anders writes because she really is a gifted writer.

At first, I was annoyed, the prologue was filled with instant love and that surprising and explicit sex typical for the romance genre, however, that’s where the similarities end with this book.

The next chapters are a frustrating lesson in miscommunication and suppression of emotion that I found myself addicted to reading. It wasn’t as though I didn’t already know what was going on or how it was going to end, but it was a journey that kept me interested until the end.

I related to Libby. I enjoyed her fire, her spunk. Her tenacity and stubbornness. She didn’t just roll over and take the abuse and yes, I believe that emotional abuse can be inflicted with no words at all sometimes. She forges to find a place and a life where she can take care of her daughter and pursue her dreams on her own.

Grayson felt like every guy who has ever been taught to keep their feelings inside. Not realizing that in order for communication to happen, to work, then you had to open up to the woman you are married to. But his character development, especially through Libby’s eyes, was something to behold.

Tina is a foil but the attempt at her own storyline felt clunky and forced. In the middle of the book, characters are brought up who were never mentioned previously with no explanation.

The intensity of the relationship between Libby and Greyson is there for sure. This book became a guilty pleasure that just kept on giving.

I look forward to more titles from this author because I was squealing and laughing at the end.

Let me start by saying that I am very grateful for the Advance Readers Copy of the book and would like to thank netgalley and the publishers for the same. And ofcourse I would like to thank the wonderful Natasha Anders for writing this amazing second chance novel.
This book runs parallel to the time line of the first book and follows the life of Olivia and Greyson. From the previous book we already know that Olivia loved Greyson for as long as she can remember.

They had a fall out but they met again in London at a party and had a one night stand. Libby was a virgin and Greyson on a whim suggested that they get married which (oviously) initially Libby rejected but then after 2 months of seeing eachother almost regularly she agreed to marry him without knowing the fact that apparently Greyson can't father children. But lo behold, Libby got knocked up in her initial days of marriage and when she gives the good news to Greyson,he immediately uses his overeactive imagination,putting 2 and 2 togather and coming up with 8.

He thinks that Libby cheated on him with his own brother Harris and thus completely neglects her during her entire pregnancy and even starts to hate her and his child. But the final nail in their marital coffin was stuck when Greyson missed his own child's birth and then accuses Libby of adultery and disowns his daughter ( who is then named Clara,after a nanny whom Greyson used to despise). Libby,quiet naturally leaves Greyson and cape town behind to start a new life with her daughter as the restaurant which her best friend(Tina from the previous book) opens with Libby as the chief chef. On the otherhand, Greyson realised his mistake and yarned to return back to his normal life with clara and Libby. Life for Libby and Clara was settling down for a bit until Greyson stormed back into their lives and demanded they come back to him(huh,you can imagine how that might have went down). They get their happy ending eventually but Libby made him beg for all the hurt that Greyson had cost her and his daughter. She even served him with divorce papers!(the horror). It was amazing to see both Libby and Greyson's transformation throughout the book,not only as husband and wife,mother and father but also as individuals who saw the fault in themselves and wanted to be better for the other and also for the life they want to share. The one thing that I want to say is that I saw Libby as a very bad friend in this book and a girl who lacks the foresight to see deeper than the facades that the people in her life created for her. I love Martine and Harris and their addition in this book was like a warm welcome. Libby has described herself as selfish in her own words but we can't blame the girl after what she went through. Greyson's transformation in this book was brilliant. He went from a insecure human being and a pathetic husband to a doting father,a loving husband and also a supportive brother. The man became absolutely charming! Anyways,I loved this book and would definately recommend this to all the book fans of Natasha Anders and also those who love angsty,second chance romance!
If you love this kind of romance novel go for it!

If you love a good grovel, I would definitely recommend this book! The heroine was a bit annoying, but the hero more than made up for her!

Greyson Chapman has always been a man of few words, and even fewer emotions. Nothing like his twin Harrison, relationships don't come easy to Grey. When he runs into Olivia Lawson all grown up at a party one evening, it feels like fate. Libby's parents were always employed by the Chapman's, and she's 4 years younger than he is, both things making her off limits. Libby's always loved Grey, ever since they were kids, she can't believe that he picked her out of the crowd on the roof top and whisked her away. A few months later she finds herself pregnant and married, and her husband's pulling away from her physically, and emotionally. Confused and lonely in the hospital after giving birth, Libby decides she needs space and time away from Grey to get her self sorted. Now that Libby's gone, Grey realizes what a huge mistake he's made and he needs to get her back.

Oh the feelings. Poor Libby, her husband accuses her of having an affair and says that their baby isn't his. I can not imagine what that type of rejection feels like. Unfortunately for Grey that wasn't the only bridge he burned, to accuse his brother of being the other party in the affair and fathering Libby's baby just made the entire situation so much more sad, and worse. I was glad Libby was standing up for herself, but mostly for Clara, putting her first was the right decision. I wanted to strangle Grey when he kept apologizing for the wrong thing, but admire his drive and willingness to do what it too to get them back. This book happens in the same time frame as the first, so some of the scenes and conversations were repeat, I understand why, but I didn't care for that aspect. Since it was from Libby and Grey's perspective the thoughts surrounding the conversations were different, which was interesting to see. This book also has crazy long chapters, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, that just made it a little more difficult to sit for a few and read just one chapter. Overall I enjoyed this book.

I usually enjoy Natasha's books, but the first in this series just wasn't one for me. However I was intrigued by the taste we had of Libby and Greyson's story.

I found this one a much better fit for me, and really enjoyed reading about Greyson's desperation to win back Libby and Clara.
From the first book I was astonished at Greyson's actions, and remember thinking he'd have a heck of a lot of grovelling to do. Could you ever get past what he did, what he accused Libby and Harris of? I'm not sure I would. Yet even feeling like that about him, as the story moved on I began to understand him, see just what made him the way he was. The parallels between him and Tina when it came to making friends, set against Libby and Harris' easy camaraderie, the way talking to others came so naturally to them made sense of the way they all were as individuals, and made their actions more understandable.
I wasn't entirely convinced Greyson could just relocate his business, suddenly have all this free time, but maybe he was just time filling before rather than actually busy, that it fitted his excuses for avoiding Libby.
Still, it worked, and gradually things began to move forward. As always though it was one step forward and two back, and I was with Libby all the way when she really made him work for it.

Stars: Four, If it was just Libby and Greyson I think this story wouldn't have anywhere near the impact, but seeing the two couples and the way each person had separate issues, made the story far more enjoyable.

Natasha Anders has done it again. Every time her books come up, I just can't wait to have it. For second chance romances and pseudo cheating romance - it has the right elements for it, angst, groveling, moody husbands. I would give it a 5 starts. One minor flaw, the reason for his incapacity to conceive is a little shallow - a miscommunication with the doctor. There can be other reasons or ways. Other than that - everything is already brilliant.

5 - "Always and forever..." Stars!

I knew as soon as Libby and Greyson’s story kicked off as a secondary plot point in the first book of this series; More Than Anything that it was going to be a humdinger when Natasha put them front and centre in their own story.

There marriage had ended with a positive pregnancy test… and she hadn’t even realised.

Nothing But This was all I expected it to be, and once again the author took an irredeemable reaction, and Greyson’s unforgivable accusations, and gave him a rock solid platform from which he had to elevate himself from, in order to work his way back into his marriage, something that at the beginning, I as a reader wasn’t sure would be possible.

He wanted a second chance… he didn’t deserve one.

But as always with one of this author’s alpha-assholes, there is so much more to Greyson Chapman than we initially learned through his interactions with Harris and Tina in the first book, and the reasonings behind his actions towards Libby and her pregnancy and as a result of that, his long, emotional, journey to redemption with her and now their new daughter Clara, as well as his brother Harris.

She hated him now… But it couldn’t possibly be as much as he hated himself.

So much so, he ups sticks, moves to a new town, and pretty much suspends his normal day-to-day life in an attempt to prove to Libby that he can change and is still worthy of her love, and that their marriage still means something to him, as well as trying to prove he can be a good father to their daughter.

His persistence was annoying, but kind of endearing too…

I knew this would an emotional rollercoaster of a read from the start, this is a couple where you initially think that there is no way they can save their relationship, no how, not a chance and rightly so, even I wanted to nut punch Grey at the beginning of Nothing But This. Especially after things that were said, the actions that he took and the amount of time he allowed to pass before he finally decides to pull his head out of his butt and try to make right all of the wrongs he knows has committed.

"I did and said so many things I regret… And I don’t know… I have no idea how to make it right again…"

Starting with his relationship with his brother; Harris, then Libby, as well as creating a relationship with his daughter (quite hilariously at points) give all the facets to this story that made it one of Anders best books to date. She basically took a man out of his suit, put him in jeans, removed the trappings of a life of luxury, and went back to basics with everything, she made him work for each and every step of progression he made with Libby, and a lot of the time it was actions more than words that counted. But when the words came, they were all the more special, because you knew just how hard it was for him to admit to just how wrong he had been.

It had once been so easy to love him…

I loved that we got to spend more time in Riversend too, I hope that the author has more in store for this town now, as the community she has built around her last two series there is one, where I would happily spend more time in the future. Definitely my favourite book of this series, and I look forward to seeing what the author has in store for her readers next!

Beach read romance! This was a very quick read, full of romance but...extremely predictable. By the third chapter of the book I already knew exactly how it would end but it was enjoyable enough to see through to the finish. A little too much given away in the first couple chapters and I do wish the initial story had evolved a bit slower? All in all, a quick and easy read especially for those who like a good romance!

This is the story that we saw partially told in the last book by Anders. After reading that one, this book was highly anticipated. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have enough new storyline to sustain interest. I expected something more like Devereaux’s “Twin of Ice/ Twin of Fire” where there were events that were in both books but the stories were completely different and most of the events were things we wouldn’t know from just reading either book.

First off I have to say Natasha Anders knows how to write a book. I loved Tina and Harris's story and I have been anxiously awaiting Libby and Greyson's. I was not a really big fan of Greyson when I started reading this book but by the middle of the book he had won me over. He was so in love with Libby and he was trying so hard to show her how much she meant to him. Sometimes past actions are so hard to forget and even harder to forgive. I absolutely loved this book. From the moment I picked it up I was immersed in so much heartache, drama, betray and yes even romance. It was so worth the wait to read Libby and Greyson's story. When I read the blurb for Nothing But This by Natasha Anders I knew I wanted to read it but had not put it together that the author had written one of my all-time favorite books, The Unwanted Wife. I have read and listened to that book several times. She writes some of the best cocky and cold (at the beginning) men you love to hate and fall hard for and this was no different and I loved it.

Libby Lawson has known twins Greyson and Harris Chapman for a long time. Her parents worked for his for years. She has always gotten along with Harris, but her eyes and heart belonged to Greyson. The reserved and distant twin she thought has no time for her. But now her parents are retired and she is an adult. One look at her and Greyson wants her to be his. After a whirlwind courtship, they are married and learning their new normal. But marriage takes work and misunderstandings and miscommunications certainly do not help.

Libby was sweet and caring, but she missed so much about her husband. Greyson knew how he felt about Libby but had no clue how to show her or tell her, instead he felt like an outsider in her life. Though at first he was distant and cold, he could be patient, caring and sweet. When she announces she is pregnant and he believes himself sterile, they part ways after he cuts her deep. When he decides he wants his family back, he finds this will not be an easy task.

Nothing But This by Natasha Anders was an emotional story about second chances when all seems lost. Both characters were flawed, but Greyson’s action were unforgivable and Libby definitely did not make it easy, which is how it should be. Though their journey was not easy, I devoured and loved their story.

If you read book one you know a lot about this couple and a lot about what they have been through but this book tells us everything. This book starts with Greyson and Libby being reunited after growing up together and then them marrying and Greyson doing something that tears his marriage apart. Now with their daughter born Libby leaves to start a life with her and her daughter after her husband tore her world apart. And with her friend in tow(Tina from book one) they make a life for themselves in a small town, start a business together and raise Clara. Greyson hasn't done as well. After the biggest mistake of his life Greyson has spiraled. Now after four months Greysons can't take it one minute more.

Coming to the same town as Libby Greyson is determined to do everything he can to get her and his daughter back but libby isn't having it so Greyson becomes the father his daughter deserves. Though Greyson wants Libby back more than anything it's the hardest thing he's ever had to do and he seems to be failing at every turn. Falling into a routine while it seems he may have lost libby forever Greyson isn't sure just how or if he can ever earn her forgiveness and love.

I knew this book would be full to the brim after reading book one. Greyson and Libby's relationship is volatile and falling apart at the seems. And even though Greyson is the person who ruined it all I felt bad for him and found myself rooting for him pretty quickly especially since we get his side in this story and see what's going on in his head. Libby is hurt and doesn't make it easy for Greyson and I don't blame her .

I will say that some of the first half of this book seems to be a repeat of book one since they run parallel and both couples are a part of each others everyday life but we also see so much more because it's Libby and Greyson's side. The second half of this book I flew through and it was so easy to love Greyson. He's stupid yes but it's easy to forgive him once you get his side(even though he was wrong) and you see how sorry and remorseful he truly is. Libby makes Greyson work for it and he willingly does.

One thing that I just loved about this book was Greyson and Tina's relationship in this book, he was so sweet and caring towards her that it made it really stand out and special in this book. I also love that in this book like book one we have previous characters from other series in this book. This book is a great summer read. Like all of Natasha Anders books this book flows beautifully and is so easy to dig right into. She's really found her perfect niche and genre with her books. Ive read other authors who have a hard time pulling this off without the reader hating their heroes but she makes us hate them and then fall in love and root for them every time.

Finally, finally we've good old grovelling! This author is known for her romance stories with a lot of grovelling and asshole heros.
I'm not very forgiven person. And I don't know if Id forgiven my man in similar situation. It's very difficult to say.
For safe readers: safe read, no cheating, no OP scenes!!!
I didn't like that the heroine was a virgin at 26 to!! WTF??!!! She was a workaholic but.... It's strange...
I liked a lot that she dumped her man, he left him, pushed him away for what he did to her! She didn't let him near her body till 50%.
Hero mad a lot of bad assumptions and mistakes. But in general he was a good man, caring dad, helpful and resourceful at his workplace.
He made a good grovelling till the end. He didn't abandoned the idea of them being together! Respect for him!
I liked this book a lot!
