I was fortunate to read the first chapter of this book and now I cannot wait for the real thing to arrive! I really enjoyed the other books of Kate Clayborn and I only got a glimpse of this one, but I was ready to read on!

This one intrigued and hooked me up from the first page!
It took less than ten minutes to read 14 pages! And I like to scream like " OMG I want more! It's not fair to stop here! This is like a torture"
So I'm deeply, honestly volunteered to read more! For so long it's hard to find a proper romance to enjoy. But this one seems like one of the best ones!
I hope I would read the rest of it.
It's not fair to give stars from the first pages of the book. Because everything could be changed, the story could go to somewhere unexpected or the characters could do something unconventional!
But so far it seems like at least four stars book!
Special thanks to publishers and NetGalley for this partial copy in exchange my honest review!

Just an excerpt, and I can't wait for the full title.

But the formatting in the kindle file was completely broken, so it was almost impossible to read.

Ok, let me just start with getting the rating of my chest. I like Kate Clayborn's writing and that's why I wanted to read it, but I haven't noticed that it was only the first chapter, and I wouldn't have requested it if I'd known. Much less starting to read it. Imagine my surprise, and how confused, I was when it suddenly ended.
Sooo, how in the world am I supposed to rate something from only the first chapter? You're right, it's not possible. So I'll just give it a right in the middle - 3 stars.

The first chapter of Love Lettering is to writing what calligraphy is to lettering. This is just beautiful, and I'm so much looking forward to reading the whole thing.

I cannot wait to read the full book. The sample was wonderful, and packed so much emotion and description into the few pages that I have added this to the top of my highly anticipated books list.

I loved the excerpt! It was the first chapter and provided a great look into Meg’s creative mind and personality as well as her job, which is one that I’m seriously loving. It was amusing comparing Meg’s interactions with her clients to what she internally thought and observed about them. I can only imagine the kind of expensive materials that goes into the custom journals she makes. There was also so much lovely description about Meg’s thought process with her journals, such as what colors and pens she uses for them. The excerpt ends with an exciting hint at what’s to come for both Meg and Reid in the full book. I can’t wait to read it and see the crazy clients and demands that Meg gets in her job!

Definitely an intriguing start! Bit torturous knowing that it was a sampler, yet got sucked in immediately anyway. Promising novel. Without a doubt, one all NetGalley romance readers will be wanting to get!

Loved this! Already draws you in to the story and introduces you to the two main characters. Can't wait to read the rest of the book.

I’m hooked! This was the first time I’ve read anything by Clayborn (even though she’s been on my TBR list forever!) and I really liked it. The premise for the book sounds great and I really enjoyed the tone of the short excerpt.. I am now eagerly anticipating the rest of this book!

Just received a taste of this book and I absolutely can not wait for more . The characters are alive and I can see the scene play out so well. This chapter was graciously provided by the publisher via netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Delightful first chapter. Characterization is so sharp I feel like I was there in the shop with the MC. I need to read more of Kate Clayborn's writing. ASAP.

The essence of a good book lives and breathes in firstly, its beginning lines and secondly, the first chapter and whether it delivers the hook. Well, this 14 page excerpt did all that and more. I'm intrigued by both Meg and Reid and I can't wait to see whee their story goes. I hope there's a lot of push and pull, and I love the little mystery hinted at in the excerpt. Hopefully the full arc becomes available sooner rather than later.
Thank you to the publisher and netgalley for this excerpt in exchange for an honest review.

It was a very intriguing first chapter excerpt. It took me a bit to get used to Meg's voice, but once I slowly understood how she saw things, I became more interested.. I'm really looking forward to seeing her and Reid interact more. The chapter left off on a great start to the novel and I can't wait to read more!

A very intriguing start! I knew this book was for me when I laughed out loud at a font joke. "The most sans serif person," might be my new favorite burn.

Stationery nerds are gonna love this one. I can't wait for the full egalley (and I already preordered!)

This excerpt definitely left me wanting more! I loved how descriptive the writing was, and the calligraph metaphor were spot on and so original. I am already fascinated with the main character, she seems so perceptive and creative and I can already identify with her. Add to that a mysterious Reid, and the neighborhood I left my heart in, Park Slope, and I can't wait to read the whole book!

Thank you to NetGalley for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
